Toaster is just ok, nothing special. Toast is darker on bottom then top, so need to flip bread for even toast.

Okay toaster
The toaster is nice looking and toasts well, but it is very lightweight, and it is hard to get smaller pieces of bread or mini bagels out of the slots.q

Better than expected
This toaster has a plastic case but it means you won't accidentally burn your hands. The mechanism works easily and the ability to push toast higher is a nice feature for easy retrieval. Does a good job with toast, bagels and reheating. Crumb tray is convenient at front---just slides out.

Decent
Decent toaster so far, definitely gives off a burning plastic smell initially, has not totally gone away after 10 uses. The outside is a plastic coating which was surprising so it seems cheap. It’s got big slots. So far it’s ok for the price and I wanted white so limited selections out there.

Great toaster for a great price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the 4th toaster (brand) that we tried in the last few months. No need to try anymore, it's perfect. Very even toasting of my homemade sourdough slices. Lots of nice features, including the single toast button. The lever is very smooth. The slots could have been slightly longer but not a big deal, we just trim the sides. Highly recommend this product (we got the white and looks nice).

EXCELLENT Toaster!!!
We love our Cuisinart Toaster. It works very well and it’s so user friendly. It has made perfect toast, bagels and English muffins every single time. We are a big family and use it every day. It works great on frozen waffles and pancakes too. I got it to replace a Chefman toaster that was fairly new but never worked properly. So pleased that on the first with our new Cuisinart Toaster everything comes out great! I would highly recommend that you purchase one, I promise you will not be disappointed. It’s a great value for the price too.

Cuisinart 2 Slice Toaster
After searching stores for a reliable, sturdy toaster, I finally found one in a local store. I have always owned a Cuisinart toaster and wanted an updated version. It has all the bells and whistles I require in a toaster. It also is a very handsome toaster that looks elegant on the kitchen counter.

Long slots
I chose this toaster after buying and returning another brand due to the slots being too short for a standard slice of bread. This toaster's slots are a full 6 1/2" but the toaster overall was only slightly larger than the other one and fits well on my counter top. I was also impressed with its 3-year warranty.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed in this toaster. It burns every time. I keep lowering the setting (now on 2) but still gets extremely brown.

Great for bagels, Texas toast and more
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been really happy with this toaster. It has wide slots and this is a big plus for me, because it can fit things like bagels, thick bread and even Texas toast. It toast great on both sides which not all toasters do. The settings are good and they work every time. I can get my bread as crispy as I want it to be. It looks very nice on my counter and it does not take up much space. The lever feels strong and one of my favorite features is that you can lift up the bread to check it's progress without stopping the toasting. This is a great buy if you're looking for a toaster that can accommodate bigger pieces of bread that functions well all around.

Disappointed in this product - cheaply made.
Expected a better quality made product from Cuisinart, very disappointed. Cheaply made (plastic) and did not look like it would last long, lever to push down - was low quality and would have broken in a short time. Sad to say the packing was done better than the product inside. Features were lacking for the price paid & it appeared to be a disposal product, not to last long ... sent it back right away.
