There is nothing gluten-free about the taste or texture of this pizza flour. I cannot believe how amazing this pizza flour is. All I did was follow the instructions on the bag. My gluten-sensitive wife and son thank you!

The Best GF for Pizza Dough
This GF flour makes the perfect homemade dough for pizza crusts. The recipe found on the back of the bag is super easy & only requires s few ingredients to make a perfect crust. The recipe makes two 10 inch crusts. I shape the dough onto parchment paper then bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 500 degree oven using a pizza stone. After 10 minutes I add the sauce, cheese, toppings & bake another 10 minutes. Cool & enjoy! Thanks KA for a great GF flour.

Didn’t work for me
Followed the instructions on the bag, but dough turned out very wet & sticky and impossible to work with. Still managed to smear it on the pizza peel and top it for baking. Saddest pizza ever, but my GF niece still managed to eat some of it.

Using regular GF flour for our pizzas, or simply using GF tortillas as a crust allowed is to ‘make due’…this GF Pizza flour has made a huge and very positive difference in the end result on ‘pizza night’ in our house. Always keep some of this flour on hand, would hate to run out!
