    Worked Pretty Well To Hydrate But Stick With A Tru

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spray is a really nice addition to my makeup routine, or even just when I’m barefaced. It feels super light and refreshing on the skin, and I love that it has a nourishing, milky texture without feeling greasy or heavy. It helps prep my skin before makeup and gives a fresh boost throughout the day when things start to feel dry or dull. That said, I have pretty dry skin and I’m not sure this formula was quite enough to moisturize it to the level it promises. I also didn’t feel it did much for make up application versus a strong, dedicated primer. But I did like how you can spray on top of make up as well to give yourself a refresher throughout the day. And the scent is light which is really important for me because I am very sensitive to fragrances.

This nourishing milk spray by CoverGirl is so easy to use and hydrates my skin. It comes in a convenient spray bottle that lightly covers your face when sprayed from 10 inches away. I, personally, haven’t noticed a difference with my skin using it and not using it. It smells absolutely wonderful and it makes my skin not feel as dry immediately after but long term, not much change. It could be good for a quick refresh if you’re feeling a bit dry but I would prefer lotion.

    Very good, but instructions unclear.

Feels very hydrating when you put it on and tends to give a little opacity to the skin. But when I apply it to my face it feels almost oily. Not sure why. Maybe apply way less product? Maybe help your skin absorb it with a massage? Definitely would not use as a refresher, only as a primer.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review! I thought the Covergirl Clean Fresh Primer + Refresh Spray was ok. I tried it usually after my shower to give my face a little bit of moisture without having to use lotion and it didn't seem like it made my face very refreshed at all. I tried using it when I put makeup on a few times as well and it didn't seem like it helped my face at all. While I love that it has a slight refreshing scent and I like that it is a slight milky/clear color so if I got some on my shirt it wouldn't stain it. I love Covergirl makeup but I feel this wasn't living up to the brands standards and I don't think it's worth it for the price point either. I don't plan to add this to my beauty routine unless they improved the product a little more.
