I believe the product is highly effective as I deal with dry skin and this milk spray helped tremendously with the dull and dryness. I'm eating a 4 just because I do have combination skin and on my oily days when I used this product I melted my make up faster. But I also don't use a setting powder so I just want to have that in mind.

Its is a fine mist so no big drops hitting you on the face. Very refreshing and pleasant. My skin is more sensitive but i have had no bad reactions. I would buy this again!
