These do not stick dont waste your money

If you’re somebody that doesn’t have long natural nails, they’re pretty much impossible to get off the packaging and by the time they are off the packaging they’re already compromised. They do not stick to your skin and they are not waterproof or sweat proof.

Obsessed with these. I also use the melatonin and vitamin D ones. The method of delivery is really exciting - my ASD toddler will not take any medicine, even gummies. There are kids versions now for vitamins and melatonin, but I wanted to see how some of them affected me first. I actually notice a difference.

I feel electric!

This is one of the funnest was to get my vitamins. I feel like it keeps me in check and is a great way to start my day. My focus is improved and I don’t feel like I have to drink a crazy amount of energy drinks anymore
