Q: I really wanted to like these. I have tried them several times and everytime I find 3-4 dishes that are not clean. Why is it happening. I even rinse my dishes off before putting them in the DW. Has anyone used 2 tabs instead of 1?

We recommend scraping off chunks of food before loading the dishwasher (no need to rinse). We also recommend trying a cycle with a longer pre-wash, and hotter water temperature, if possible. Additionally, we suggest placing more stained dishes or cups on the bottom rack!

While the tablets include a built-in rinse aid, we recommend adding a small amount of white vinegar to your rinse aid compartment to help boost performance and see if that resolves the issue.

  • A: Yes! For smaller appliances, (like the Momcozy baby bottle washer/sterilizer), we recommend using ¼ of a Blueland Dishwasher Detergent Tablet. These machines use much less water than a standard dishwasher, so a smaller amount of detergent is usually more effective and helps prevent residue! If breaking the tablet into quarters is tricky, you can use 1/2 of a tablet. Just be sure to rinse thoroughly after the cycle!

    Clean dishes

    These have worked great for cleaning my dishes and reduces the plastic in my kitchen. I’ve gotten rid of as much plastic as I can.

    All you want, nothing you don't

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We order the refill bags of tablets. We keep them in a small plastic dish with lid and refill from the bag. When the bag is empty, it can be recycled, so there isn't anything wasted. Dishes get really clean and it is easy, no plastic, no waste. We order direct from the company and it comes in a few days.

    No smell but doesnt clean

    Does not clean dishes. I bought because a friend recommended as they don’t leave a detergent smell (true) and I tried these for a solid week and they just don’t clean well unfortunately.

    Love the no plastic and the great cleaning power

    Strong-cleaning, healthier diswasher tabs

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought the dishwasher tabs because they offered reduced plastic use (container and packaging) and have very pleased that even with hard water, my blueland dishwasher tabs clean better (stuck on foods etc) than other options I’ve tried such as dishwasher sheets. My glassware is the way I know they are working well. No more re-rinsing of wiping down glasses. A side note: I do have to use two tabs with my hard water. I did a little research snd as sion as i Tried this I was pleased with every load of washed dishes now. And I am pleased that the no or little plastic option is sustainable.

    Do not clean

    I have a dishwasher and there are 2 of us. We rinse our plates put them in and the dishes come out with dried food on them such as sauce etc. yes we rinse they are not completely clean but I expect them to come out without food stuck on them. I have been using for several months the and it’s the same every time. I wanted to love these but headed back to regular powder or liquid detergent.
