A: Hi, Our Colgate 360 Charcoal sonic battery powered soft Toothbrush does not have a timer on it, so you can brush as long as you want to. Just push the button in until it clicks to start the brush, and again to turn it off. We hope this helps.

A: More than happy to help! Firmly hold the bottom of the handle while rotating the top counter-clockwise. Insert 2 new AAA batteries as indicated inside the brush handle and firmly rotate clockwise back into position to close. Hope this helps!

It has silicone bristle in the middle for the squeaky clean you want to get. I wish it had better instructions for the battery part but after a minute of tinkering I figured out how to swap batteries if needed. Overall, a decent toothbrush!
