Brush Roller Stops Working
Great little, inexpensive vacuum! But ours has recently stopped spinning the brush roller whenever it hits a snag (sucks in a rug) and must be taken apart, cleaned, and put back together in order for it to spin again. Help! Any solution to this problem? (It’s not the belt slipping)

Not long term use.
Received this vacuum in February 2025. Lately, as of December 2025, this vacuum has not been functioning how it used to. The dust that's sucked in is getting pushed out by the fan. Also, despite me cleaning the vacuum last week, today it's barely sucking in trash. I do not recommend.

Ongvi girgit whst a good company eureka use to be reliability abdcribustbess plus all the features abd admistmdbts for dndvuser as if it is customized for all your unique needs. They need a better marketing guy.. Their profuct design abd quality is as good if not bettervthab Dyson and they don't charge extra for purples color.

Great, but...
Love that it’s bagless, easy to clean and dump. The suction is powerful, however, if you have a high quality fluffy rug/carpet, you will struggle trying to vacuum with this, as the brush hub just ain’t built for that kind of terrain. On flat surface and very low carpet, it’s great! I recommend it if you have mainly bare floors or low rugs!

Likes quieter, cord length, suction, hose length. Dislikes: small, brush doesn't rotate after one use and cleaning, filter cover falls off constantly even when locked, barrel bever fully empties you have to reach in and grab clumps out. I am returning after one week.

As a SAHM with a small apartment and a very hairy dog, the eureka dashsprint vacuum has been a lifesaver. The detachable handle is super convenient-I can clean the floors and then quickly switch to getting the dust off my ceiling fan or the cow webs in the corners. The washable filter is another huge plus since i am on a budget and don't want to keep buying replacements. I was really impressed with the pet turbo tool; it actually pick up all the dog air off my couch and rugs without me having to go over the same spot a million times. For someone who's juggling classes and chores, this vacuum is a game changer. It's easy to use, works great, and doesn't break the bank, which is exactly what I needed. Honestly, I couldn't imagine keeping my place clean without it.

Too much work for the price
Belt is constantly slipping offf, beater bar never spins . The head started falling off off where you stick the stick part in . So we can only use the stick part and they don't have replacement parts. It's not worth the price at all. We've only had it 3 months and have had problems almost immediately.

I've had this vac for four years and it's still going strong. It works great on hard floors and carpets. I am always amazed at how much it picks up, hair and debris I don't even see. I did a lot of comparison shopping before picking this one, and I'm glad I did.

I would not buy this product again.
I bought this vacuum with hopes of having it for a long time. However it turned out to be just as cheap as the rest of the dime a dozen vacuums. EVERY time I used it I had to take it apart to clear out a clog. The suction was beyond poor. Last straw was when the dust collector clip broke rendering the suction completely gone. Don't waste your money.

Love it but Aggravated with it!
I bought this little vacuum because it was so easy to maneuver around and it has a really nice balance. It has great suction and is easy to empty. All that said, I do have one pet peeve with it. I would love for it to have a stand that would support it without having to dismantle the unit. I want it to be plugged in and ready to tackle loads of Labrador hair at a moment's notice. Is that asking too much?

Hose on sweeper head torn
didn't have that high of hopes when I received this vacuum but I definitely had expected better than what I got. After less than a year the hose on the rotating brush/sweeper attachment has a tear right where it bends to be stood up for storage. Suction is gone completely and I can't temporarily fix it because of the placement of the hose. Single mom of a toddler and a lab with no vacuum. SOS.

I purchased this as I need to pick up dog hair. I have 6 Scottish Deerhounds. The one area rug is cleaned beautifully by this machine. HOWEVER, The machine doesn't pick up the dirt on my hardwood floors. It just pushes the dirt about like a young child pushing peas about on their plate because they do not want to eat the peas.

I was surprised by the quality and the price .
It does have a small holding container for while you suck up and vacuum and I don't like how hair gets stuck in between the filter on the top and I can't find filters for it so I just constantly have to clean it out and reuse the same filters every time I clean a room I have to jump it mostly because of all the pet hair. I would really like to find filters. Otherwise I'm happy with the vacuum headlights rock. And how lightweight it is I can clean the stairs fast

This vacuum design is poor quality. Roller bar quick working after 3rd use. Completed the maintenance indicated in booklet, does not function!
