HOW TO USE:
STEP 1: REFRESH YOUR DISC
If it’s your first time using your Flex Reusable Disc, give it a quick wash with warm water and a mild soap or cleanser. To completely sanitize your disc in between periods, boil it for 10 minutes on the stove (do not allow your disc to come in contact with the sides or bottom of the pot).

STEP 2: GET READY TO INSERT
Take a breath and relax! Get into a comfortable position—you can try sitting on the toilet, squatting with your legs open, or standing with one leg up.

STEP 3: INSERT THE DISC
Insert the pinched disc (notch side first) down and back towards your tailbone as far back as it will comfortably go. Then, tuck the front rim of the disc up behind your pubic bone.

STEP 4: 12-HOUR WEAR
Experience freedom. Do everything you love to do when you're not on your period—swim, sleep, squat, study, or summit. Heavy flow? No problem. Flex Discs can self-empty when you pee. **To clean your Flex Reusable Disc, simply empty your disc, rinse with cool water (helps prevent staining), apply a mild soap or cleanser, lather, and rinse again with warm water. At the end of your cycle, sanitize by boiling (see instructions) and store it in its carrying pouch.
