Amazing!!
So much better than a menstrual cup. Easy to use, SUPER COMFORTABLE, hardly ever leaks. Leaving this review after using it for years, FIVE STARS!!

I was against period cups at first
But then.. I tried this! I’m telling you I will not go back. No leaks, less cramps, and you cannot tell you are wearing it.. so much more comfortable than items for period care.

I’ve been using the disposable discs for a while now and have grown to love them. Since using them I’ve noticed that a good amount of the normal pain I’d feel from cramps have gone down and the length of my periods have gotten a bit shorter. So since I’ve grown to love the disposable ones, I thought I’d try my hand a the reusable one finally. It does feel comfortable once inserted, but it is sometimes a bit difficult to keep straight while putting it in due to the flimsiness. I’ve also noticed that I have less leaks with this one in comparison to the disposable ones since the rim is a bit thicker, which I have found nice, but at the same time I feel that the disc now has a harder time emptying itself when I use the bathroom. The only main thing I wish was different or could be fixed is if the rim had some sort of notch to make it easier to hook onto when trying to remove the disc. This part I have found to be the most difficult in my personal opinion.

Best Thing Ever
i’ve had my flex disc for about a year and there are no holes, no issues at all. it doesn’t even feel like anything when it’s in there, and I love that it empties when I pee. The only thing I will say is try not to have longer nails when you’re on your period because it can make it harder to remove the disc and I fear one of my nails falling off inside of me. other than that, I have recommended this product to literally every woman that I know.

Resale and reused
My neighbor, Shelley, resold her package of cups on the neighborhood Facebook beg/buy/barter page and what a deal! The 12 hours of comfort certainly did not disappoint.

Flimsy & Smelly
I have used a variety of menstrual cups/discs for over a decade. I bought this one in a pinch when I was out of town and hadn’t planned ahead for getting my period. It’s flimsier than most discs and because of that it was difficult to insert without it twisting and flipping around. I also found is to have a foul odor that I have never experienced while using any other type of silicone cup/disc. Once it was properly inserted it did a good job, but the difficulty with insertion and the smell make this a huge no for me.

sooo comfortable
I never trusted using tampons, and pads aren't always reliable because my flows so heavy, so I branched off into a period cup, which the tail broke when I wasn't using it (idk what happened to it) anyway, I bought this reusable disk since they didn't have the cup at the store, and it is incredibly comfortable, with the cup I had a little bit of pain but I chalked it up to it just being cramps, but with this it doesn't ever make my cramps worse and sits well in ma pouch, one down side is its a bit hard to get in at first but I'm sure with more practice I'll be able to just pop it right in😊

Game changer
I never used tampons, they scare me. It was always pads, then period underwear for a bit, which is kind of gross. Swimming was a no go (or I used a pad and it was not good). When my older daughter was in mom + me swim lessons and my first period came back postpartum the morning of a lesson I needed to do something ASAP, skipping wasn’t a choice. Enter: the flex disc. I literally bought it on the way to swim and it’s been incredible. I have some pelvic floor issues, so leakage does happen, but I just wear period undies too to catch any leaking and have never had an issue. I also had a really bad month after I was sick for a while and my pelvic floor was shot from so much coughing. So, beware, there may be some issues if you have a bad pelvic floor. This disc has made me the happiest, no more gross feeling, just happy me during the bad time of the month.

I love it so much!
I’ve used the single use discs and loved them. So I went and bought another brand disc it didn’t work for me. But then I decided to buy the flex one on a whim and absolutely loved it!

So comfortable
I love this thing. I started using flex discs about two years ago looking for an alternative to pads and tampons (which scare me to death because of bad experiences). I picked up the flex discs and loved how comfy and easy to use they are. Also helps with cramping and I love that. Yes they’re a bit messy and that’s kinda gross but I will take it over TSS and cramps or accidents from filled up pads. I have a heavy flow for 2 out of the 7 days. I have been eyeing the reusable ones for a while and finally got one and I absolutely love it. I’m kind of scared it will rip because of how thin it is but we will see. I thought it would be hard to use but it slipped in just as easily as the disposable ones and it’s just as easy to take out. Most people overthink it. It’s not that hard to insert or take out if you follow the directions. It has less leakage than the disposable ones too. I’m so glad I invested in this. I love the freedom it gives me.

Better than the cup m!
I have used a (diva/cora) cup for the last year or so and this is so much better. More comfortable, easier to insert and take out in my opinion, and I’ll be completely honest I bought it for the ability to have “mess free period secs” and it worked beautifully!! I had no leaking. Little messy on the take out but that’s how the cup is too and you just have to get used to it/wash it off. I think I’m really going to like this thing.

Love this product 💖🌸
I’ve had my flex disc for almost 2 years now. It makes me forget that I’m even in my period sometimes. I can have sex, no problem!

Best decision I ever made!
I’ve never had great luck w period products. Not a big fan of pads, tampons kinda hurt (especially dry ugh) but I decided to give the disc a go. A lot of people go through many before they find a good one. But this was the first and only one I purchased and I can say 100% that it is the best decision I ever made! I recommend it to everyone I know. You don’t feel it in there, it’s virtually painless (other than a minor discomfort while pulling it out sometimes but that’s expected). Also really recommend if you have a high cervix, its quite easy to remove and insert, and it fit for me perfectly. All bodies are different and keep searching till you find what works for you! But, all in all it was definitely a great decision and I 100% recommend.

Life Changing
It empties itself. I can literally leave it in all day. I take it out when I shower, clean it and pop it right back in. Sleep, exercise, swimming, and sex no problem. My husband can feel it a little bit but it’s not a big issue. You also don’t have to hold any strings away while you use the restroom like you would a tampon. I cannot begin to describe that I barely feel it and often forget I’m on my period completely. Accessible to insert and remove with one hand; I was able to use it even after I had surgery on my dominant hand, that’s how easy it is. I’ve had mine almost 2 years and it literally makes me hate my period less. Everyone should have one of these.

It gets stuck!
If you have small hands this product is not for you. I spent hours pushing, squatting, resting and it went so high up i couldn't reach it. It took THREE doctors at patient first to get it out of me. I personally would recommend the Cup over this product. The only plus was no blood at all in my panties and you couldn't feel it while it was in

Game changer! Holy Grail Mesntrual Product!
Love this disc! Since the first day I knew this would be it. It’s so much easier than a cup and doesn’t make me feel tense like a cup does. Love it! And I love the capacity and the little notch. A fear of engineering! lol

Two Years Later, A Forever Customer
I’ve been using the Flex disc for about two years and I still absolutely love it. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was life changing. I recommended it to all my friends because I wished I had used it since I first started having a period, which was like, 25 years ago lol. So much time wasted on tampons! This is comfortable, cleanable, and leak proof. It empties when I use the restroom and “bear down” like the company describes on the packaging, which is awesome. It’s a little difficult to insert sometimes, but not so difficult that it’s a deterrent at all. I still have the same disc I originally purchased, I just boil it as recommended every now and then and obviously clean it well between uses. I’m just now leaving a review bc I saw an ad for hello’s cute little period discs and almost bought one, until I noticed that they never properly addressed whatever or not they have PFAs... and you know that’s because they *do* have PFAs. So, never mind! Will continue to gladly give Flex my business whenever I need a new disc. Thank you, Flex. <3

Helped me after major surgery
I had major knee surgery a few days ago and unfortunately got my period the day after. I am so thankful I got this product beforehand because it has allowed me to be mess free and much cleaner than I would be if I had to use a pad or tampon instead. I haven’t been able to shower since my surgery, and the disc has been instrumental in making me feel clean and as normal as possible. I especially love it because I have been able to wear it to sleep, which I would never do with a tampon. It takes a minute to get used to the process, but its definitely worth it in the end and I will continue using this until it wears out.

BEST PERIOD PRODUCT EVER
I tried the disposable discs because I did not have time for changing tampons or pads at work. After that first day I was HOOKED! I immediately bought the reusable disc. That was 2 years ago! It isn’t noticeable AT ALL, and I finally feel like I have my freedom back! I am an avid gym goer and haven’t had any leaks. This is the real deal!

Love my Disc
I found my flex disc 2yrs ago. I love that I no longer have to buy tampons. I would recommend to have a panty liner on until you get the hang of it. It is so easy. No worries about Toxic shock. Is so much cleaner then pads alone. U know I've also noticed my horrible cramps, yet still painful, have lessened enough that I'm not in my bed for the 1st 3 days like I was. For me I love this thing. You need to have at least 2 so u can clean 1 and have 1 ready. GET THIS LADIES!!
