  • A: Do not remove the cap on the water bottle - peel off the label exposing the plug. Gently lower the water bottle onto the water bottle support post (Holding the water bottle absolutely straight/vertical) allowing the weight of the bottle to push the plug into the bottle and the water bottle will sink/slide onto the water bottle support post and the bottle will rest on the water bottle holder.

MY MINI WATER WELL

My first time purchasing this water drinking system, and I am so pleased with the ease of things, and the fact that I don't have to wait on boiling water, a coffee pot, or ice for my water to be cold! This system profides everything I need to keep everyone in the home comfortable and happy. This is one of the best investments I had ever purchased and love the freedom of having access to cold or hot water at any time. In addition, it only costs 7.99 to replace the 5 gallon bottles for new ones. I did nothing but win with this purchase! I recommended this product to several others so that they can have the wonderful freedom as I am having daily.

The picture you see first is not what you get.

I didn’t look in the box but what I looked at was the first picture which displayed a bottom load machine. When I got the unit it said “Top loading dispenser”, on the outside of the box. This fact is displayed no where in the specs or details on your website. It’s not until the 5th picture that the top load feature is displayed. We are too old to put the bottle on top. Was I wrong and the bottle could go either end? I returned the product and am a little disappointed in this product description which I consider misleading

Love this water cooler!

This is the perfect water cooler, it is perfect for my family of 4 to easily access nice cold water. Love that it has the hot water tap function and my kids can make their own hot chocolates whenever they want!

Great Choice

We bought this and I am glad we chose white, it looks better in our kitchen area than black. We use the 5 gallon water jugs and go through about one every two weeks. I used it for the coffee maker and regular drinking water.

Great product!

I like the color of this product and the display panel. It looks great in the office and it's nice to have both hot and cold water options. I love being able to refill my water instead of going through a lot of plastic bottles each day.

Great Cooler

This cooler is great! It's a good size, perfect for the office. It's nice to have both cold and hot water. I love having hot water to make my tea. Definitely would recommend.
