I get this every month. I've tried drinking greens, taking other supplements, etc. THIS is the ONLY thing that works for me! I had a gastric bypass in 2001 and it doesn't bother my stomach or hurt me at all! I cannot recommend this enough!

Everyone needs to be taking this Gut Support, but especially if you have Crohns like I do.
