A: You can use the SinuAir saline packets that come with the SinuPulse which feel great or any saline I now mix my own. Its very econmical SinuPulse is my go to nasal irrigator best hands down
submitted byNot Impressed - 3 years agoA: The Sinupulse comes with 30 packets of SinuAir saline packets which are absolutely fantastic. They are easily available online with a google search. Target doesn’t carry them but you can also use any saline packets or even mix your own saline. 1 tsp of non iodized salt mixed with 16 oz of distilled water. No need for expensive refills. I’ve been using the Sinupulse for two years with great results it’s been the best purchase I have made no more sinus infections and rarely get a cold. Great company, great customer service, and have been around 30 years. One of the few products I recommend to anyone who battle sinus problems.

A: I can’t recommend this product more highly. My family has been using it for a couple of years with great results. No longer wake up with congestion and have not had a sinus infection in more than a couple of years.

Why did I wait do long?
After a year of procrasination and two more sinus infections finally broke down and bought the SinuPulse. I had heard about it from friends for years but couldnt get myself to buy one opting for cheap nasal wash bottles. Its been a game changer relieving my constant sinus pain and headaches. I only wish I had bought one sooner.

Glad I bought it
The SinuPulse was suggested to me by our family physician for frequent infections and glad I bought it. Since using it a few months ago I not only feel and breathe much better but havent had a sinus infection. Praying it continues. Used it daily for first month and now only use it 2-3 times a week. Recommend it!

Effective if properly used - which means using purified/bottled water, rinsing and drying it after each use and basically subjecting yourself to the feeling of inhaling pool water. Not pleasant but it can help those of us with frequent or chronic congestion.

Works to fight off sinus infections
years of suffering with sinus infections I tried the SinuPulse other products did little to help with symptoms and just want you to buy salt. The SinuPulse actually helped to stop the sinus infections which were becoming chronic. It took a period of regular use but rather than only helping with symptoms it has kept me from getting anymore sinus infections and hope it continues. Its not a quick fix but a real fix. The saline that is included feels good and mixes well. But now I just mix my own which the user guide also instructs on how to do which I liked. Well made and great value.

Biggest waste of money. Its exactly like using saline spray. It did not clear out my nostrils at all. No pressure honestly, used twice and saline spray worked better. Hoping i get my money back

SinuPulse Works
I have used a netipot for years and got some relief. After doing a good bit of study, I felt the SinuPulse would be the best of the alternatives. I was not convinced it would be better than a netipot so I ordered from Target b/c I could return it. After using SinuPulse for 3 weeks, I am very pleased. It is easy to use and is better than a netipot. It is far less drying to my nose and it removes much more junk from my nose and nasal passages. The booklet is helpful as is customer service. Also, the SinuPulse salt packets are better than the alternatives.

Fantastic wish I had bought this earlier
Great purchase, I have been using the SinuPulse for the past six months and have not had a cold or sinus infection during this time for the first time in nearly 10 years. It’s very easy to use and operate. It comes with a month supply of saline packets but I make my own saline solution 1 teaspoon of non iodized salt and 16 oz of distilled water as directed in user guide. Terrific product

No more sinus infections
I have tried everything and finally got a Sinupulse referred to me by my VA center. Its been a lifesaver since using it not one sinus infection in this winter for first time in years. Best purchase I've made. I reccommend it for anyone suffering with bad allergies and sinus problems.

Not powerful, nor convenient, plus poor design.
1. Not powerful enough, even on high. 2. you have to mix salt water separately then pour into chamber, requiring another separate container. 3. the chamber could be larger since it's a pain to full. 4. The on button is in a clumsy side location. you have to hold the whole device with one hand just to press the button. why not put it on the top? 3. Spray lever on hose should turn the spray on, not off. otherwise you need to have it pressed while you try to push the other big on button. otherwise water just starts spraying out if. just overall a backwards, terrible design!

This little machine is a life changer!
I suffered for decades with sinus issues. Nettipots are great for everyday health use (when not sick or chronic), but if you have lots of mucus or infections or other sinus issues - this is a must-have! I have been using (same machine) for over 5 years. At least once per day and often several times per day. Every ENT and Allergist should be recommending these for nasal irrigation. I hear the machine compared to a Water Pik for the teeth but the pulsing stream of water is very gentle while still VERY effective - much better than the squeezable Netti bottles. You can tip your head over the sink every which way to really get at all of the sinus cavities. I also invested in a Zerowater dispenser to cut down on buying all those gallons of distilled water.

A gift I will always be grateful for
I received my SinuPulse as a gift from a friend who learned about it and its benefits at San Diego VA. It is easy to use and works better than anything I have tried. I finally was able to get some relief from years of post nasal drip and daily sinus problems. I had some questions called the company and they were very helpful as well.
