Boudreaux's Butt Paste Maximum Strength is free from dyes, preservatives, parabens and talc. The Boudreaux's Original Strength Butt Paste has 16% Zinc Oxide and the Boudreaux's Maximum Strength Butt Paste has 40% Zinc Oxide. The best diaper cream
This is the only diaper cream I have found that gets rid of my babies rashes, she gets them often from eating fruit or drinking juice since they are acidic, and the high zinc content in this cream is exactly why it works so well. Even A&D did not work for her. I cannot recommend this cream enough!

It works great, it's smooth, it doesn't look "artificial" but it has this weird "soapy" smell to it! I think I prefer other brands but I will definitely use every last bit of this brand!

Instant Protection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream is our instant go to for rash pain relief and treatment. At the first hint of a rash, we apply this directly to the affected skin and area around it. Within a nights sleep, the rash is usually gone. There is not a strong odor but there will be some residual cream on your fingers that is easily wiped off.

I seriously love this butt paste!

I haven't had a chance to previously but it has seriously helped the lil diaper rash on my newborn baby that is now just a lil over a month old. The texture is perfect, its a lil off white compared to the white in desitin, and honestly I think it works better than desitin. I will continue to hut this and only use this brand going forward!

Not as strong as desitin, unfortunately no matter how much I put on his rash keeps coming back. His doctor told us to use something stronger like desitin so that’s where we’re at.

This paste is new for us to try and the maximum strength is what we’re looking for. It’s a great value for the money, the paste is agreeable with our family as we enjoy the light scent, value, and that there are no preservative, parabens, and etc in it. This is a great butt paste for babies but also for protective measures against sweating/chafing in elderly, bed bound patients, and those who sweets often. Worth every penny, thanks!!!
