Lost product
Hello Target Support, I am contacting you because the laundry detergent I received appears to have been tampered with. I received two detergent bags, and both bags have multiple small puncture holes (see attached photos). It looks like the bags were pierced so detergent could be removed without obvious damage. I noticed immediately because the 5 kg bag felt significantly underweight. It should weigh about 5 kg, but it felt closer to under 3 kg, and there was visible product loss. This is unacceptable. Please issue a full refund for both items, or send replacement bags with the missing detergent amount. Please let me know the next steps. I can provide the order number and any additional information you need. Thank you.

I’m using this to wash our towels and linens. The slight scent doesn’t seem to bother my husband allergies. It works great and I believe it is a much more affordable option for things like this or your clothing. Just need to add a little water and liquify it (in my opinion) if you wash in cold water.
