Q: How is this different from Bob's Red Mill Baking Flour?
A: King Arthur’s is Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, fortified with vitamins and minerals, and is made with more than 50% whole grains.
submitted byJudi U - 2 years agoA: Some of Bob's red mill gf flour mixes contain garbanzo bean flour, which has a distinct flavor. I prefer King Arthur Measure for Measure for that reason.

Q: The description says "Contains: Eggs, Soy, Milk, Almonds, Coconut" - none of these appear to be present in the ingredients list... So, does it actually contain these allergens?
A: No. I have no idea why those are listed in the ingredients. The package doesn't say the same. I'm allergic to soy and milk and have been using this flour for months so at least I can attest to its lack of those two allergens.
