These Swiffer XL dry pads are the only ones that truly pick up my German Shepherd’s hair — nothing else compares. I always get them at Target because they’re fairly priced and easy to find. Get the Pet ones instead
Their other ones for Pets that is shorter and super thick works way better. We still purchase sometimes if we need some and the others aren’t available in unscented (asthma).

The XL Heavy Duty Dry Swiffer Cloths work well. They pick up dust, dirt and hair. Depending on how big of an area you are cleaning you may need to use two. But all and all they work well.

I tested the Swiffer® XL Heavy Duty Dry Sweeping Cloths and was really impressed! Their effectiveness is outstanding — they pick up dust, pet hair, and crumbs with just one pass. The durability of the cloths is great; they don’t tear even when used on textured floors. While they’re dry cloths, their absorbency surprised me — they still trap fine particles and hold them well. The scent is very light and clean, not overwhelming at all.

If you haven't already, we recommend to align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Once that's done, make sure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Only one problem, but is a major drawback.
The only issue is that the "wrap around" dimension is too short, making the pad frustrating to install, thus earning the overall 3 star rating. The dimension for the xl should be the same as the regular pad. Otherwise, they are 5 star.

10 pads not enough, love the product
Swiffer XL heavy duty dry cloths needs to make a bigger box with more cloths. Ten cloths per box does not last very long. Especially, when your cleaning under beds every week and have pets. JP

Product doesn’t stay in my swiffer.
The cloths would not stay attached to my Swiffer. The material is too thin and would not stay in the little “grabby holes”. I need to return them to the store.
