I bought the 6.5g colour and it's perfect! I have lots of white hair and I've been searching for a products to blend the white pieces into my natural/original colour. I don't want to deal with salon visits and root coverage every couple of weeks. This is exactly a match for my hair and I look more like myself again. I'm in my 30's, so I'm not ready for a head of white hair just yet. My natural colour is a light auburn with some golden hues. Thanks Clairol! Please don't stop making this product!

Great hair color for dry fine hair and no telltale roots.
My natural hair color is black, but I have quite a bit of gray now I also have super dry fine hair so I need something as gentle as possible. I love this hair color. Yes it takes a little longer to use, but covers my grays without causing a lot of damage to my hair. The more grey I get , the more often I have to use it, but it’s still so affordable that it’s worth it to me to do it more often. The best part is that it gradually fades so you don’t get telltale roots.

i love this dye so much! why? it’s not permanent, it smells awesome, doesn’t damage my hair, smells amazing, super easy to use and affordable. i have used this several times and love love it. it does leave more red in my hair than expected but my hair always leans red so maybe it’s my hair and not the dye. highly recommend!

Color is deceiving on the box. 8A It made my medium blonde hair DARKER and this awful dull color and frizzy. Now I have to find a way to remove it.

Turns white hair red.
I used the 5 and I had natural salt and pepper hair. My white hair absorbed all of the red in the brown and ended up looking very unnatural and bright and coppery. Just fyi if you have white hair.

Darker than I wanted
I saw someone else say this as well (of course after I did the colour) but my hair ended up much darker than what I started with which I really didn’t want so I’m pretty upset about that. I had a couple different shades in my hair before (blame the summer sun) but most of my hair was an orangey/ginger and it turned all of that hair into a medium brown which was devastating. Highly recommend getting a lighter colour or not buying from this line at all

Terrible decision it’s black black! Not a single hint on brown! Do not buy! I had blonde! I just wanted to go back to my brown! Now my hair is like a crow black!

These is nothing light or golden about this color. It is medium brown and has red tints. It looks like a very ugly auburn.

V26 Violet. Not a true color
I purchased the V26 Violet. Rinsed hair for over 40 mins in shower before ran clear. Left dye on for 32 mins. My hair didn't get any violet at all. It's Black. Extremely disappointed and will be asking for a refund.

I love this range and I’ve been using this one recently as I wanted to warm it up a little and it’s working really well, it will only tone the greys as it’s a semi permanent but that adds to a more natural look. I find that the warmer tones lasts longer that the previous colours that I used by a couple of weeks more which means I can get away with a month before my greys start peeping through and the toned grey has faded. My only issue is that it’s so hard to get hold of and therefore has made it so much more expensive. Is this particular colour becoming discontinued?
