[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell and how this heavy conditioner makes my hair feel. I only need a little for my natural, thin, coily hair. So the price point balances out as I typically need to use lots of conditioner but with not this. Love, love, love it!

This conditioner is one of the best products I've used in YEARS! It is VERY thick so you will have to take the time to distribute the product. However, once you get it in and allow it to work its magic, there's nothing like it. Hair is so soft and manageable after rinsing. Detangling and blowdrying used to take all night. Not anymore! I can't rave about this product enough. I am pretty sensitive to scents, and this does have a scent but its not super overwhelming imo.

I have 3c/4a low porosity hair and I made the mistake of buying this thinking it would be a good deep container for my curls and give them moisture. It did the opposite. First, it's nearly impossible to get it out the bottle, they should've put it in a container to scoop out. Then as soon as I try rubbing it together on my hands there is zero creaminess. I put it on my hair and it felt like any water was blocked from getting into the hair and any moisture that was in the hair was sucked out. My hair was so dry and matted while trying to work this product in. It feels like you just put cold butter on your hair and the butter refused to melt.. and then put trying to brush it through in the equation and you've ripped out excess hair in the process. Horrible. I could not wait to throw this in the trash.

This is in my top 3 worst conditioners I’ve ever used for my low priority 3c/4a hair. I’ve tried so many conditioners in my day and finally figured out what my hair needs. I wanted a deep conditioner with slip when I decided to buy this. It does the opposite. First off it’s SO thick that my hand was cramping trying to get it out the bottle, then from the minute it’s out of the bottle it’s a problem. Rubbing my hands together there is zero creaminess, it’s like taking a chunk of cold butter and rubbing it between your hands. Then when I put it in my hair again it’s like thick cold butter that DOES NOT MELT. It just sits on top of my hair and seems to completely remove or prevent all moisture from going into the hair and it also doesn’t seal and moisture in. It’s one of the only conditioners I’ve ever used when my hair feels rough and tangled after I rinse it out. I checked the ingredients and I believe the culprit for this disaster is the shea butter at the top of the list. I’ve never had good results with that stuff. Needless to say I couldn’t wait to get out the shower and throw this conditioner in the trash. Horrible

I LOVE this conditioner!!!! When they say PATTERN slip. . . . BAAAABBBIIIII 🥰. My hair is super soft and my curls are popping.

my sons texture of hair is difficult and was having extreme trouble with frizziness. He switched to this shampoo and Condition and it has no frizzines...

As a straight natural I have high porosity hair and I've been looking for a protein free deep conditioner to use after my protein treatments. This did the job. My hair literally soaked this right up. At first, I concerned that the heavy butters in this would weigh my hair down but they did not. It was just what I needed. I will say for my high porosity girlies, but sure to spray your hair with water as you work it through in sections to make sure you are really saturating your strands. I bought the travel size to start and wouls buy the bigger one! Love the smell! With my hair heat trained now, I would say my hair is 4A/B.
