  • A: Not well. Because the air blows from underneath your hair as opposed to above with a regular dryer, it creates fly aways. The elliptical brush straightens but doesn’t cream volume or curl.

    How is it even sanitary to resell a used brush like this? I opened it up and noticed the cord didn’t have a tie on it and there is hair wound in the bristles!!!! Disgusting!

    When this item works it’s great. Unfortunately I bought this in November and it stopped working correctly by March. It gets so hot that it smells like something is burning. Unfortunately it’s the second dryer that has done this! I thought the first time it was a fluke so I gave it another chance and unfortunately this newer one lasted much less than the original.

    Poor quality, stopped working.

    Starting randomly turning off after 1.5 years of use. When it worked, it was easy to use and my hair looked great. However recently it started cycling into different heat settings and now is turning off. Reading the other review on here, I’m worried it’s a fire hazard and am going to get rid of it. The soft ends of the bristles have worn off significantly after using 2-3 times per week for a year and a half. Disappointed because this could be a great product, but it just isn’t made to last.

    I have had this brush for about six months and it just caught fire, creating sparks and filling my apartment with smoke. Luckily, I was able to unplug it before getting burned… I am shocked that it is still on the market given that it is a major fire risk, I am just grateful I didn’t get hurt. Very upsetting :(
