Dont waste your money!
Had only 4 months and it already broke. The return window is apparently only 30 days, even if it breaks. Don’t waste your $200 like I did!

Game changer for ice lovers!
I can't say enough good things about this nugget ice maker! If you're someone who loves that soft, crunchy, Sonic-style ice, this machine is a dream come true. It produces perfect, chewable nugget ice in no time, and the texture is just right―light, airy, and satisfying. Setup was quick and easy, and it started making ice within 20 minutes. The reservoir holds plenty of water, so I don't have to refill it constantly. It's surprisingly quiet while running, and the design looks sleek on my countertop. What I love most is how convenient it is―no more bagged ice or trips to the gas station. It's perfect for everything from cocktails and iced coffee to smoothies and sodas. Everyone who visits comments on how awesome the ice is! If you're an ice enthusiast like me, this nugget ice maker is 100% worth the investment. It's a total upgrade to any kitchen or home bar!

Great ice maker, works great, great price!
Bought as a gift for my wife, she and I both love this thing . Makes alot of ice and quickly, ice melts back into the water holder if not used right away and just keeps making ice. It sits on the counter and is used more than the toaster! Love it!

Love this ice maker!
Bought this ice maker to put in our camper. Works great! Simple to use. Small enough to tuck away while traveling. Love the small nuggets this makes. Doesn't hold a ton of ice but makes it quickly so we always had ice when we needed to refill our glasses. Highly recommend!

Works great
What a great machine for the price. I use ice regularly and was tired of filling ice trays constantly and then either in a bucket or or bin that was big and clunky. I've bought some freezer ice bags to go with it and they are amazing for storage. I also use filtered water to avoid mineral build-up. I've been using it regularly for a few months and so far I absolutely love it. It looks nice, doesn't make a lot of noise, and produces 9 ice bullets every 8 minutes or so. I like to start with cold water otherwise your first set of bullets come out a little smaller than normal. It holds a good amount of water so you don't have to fill constantly but you do need to fill after an hour give or take. It has a nice self clean feature as well as auto shut down for the ice tray being full or if it runs out of water. It's also prtable since its small and lightweight. All you need is an outlet and you could pretty much use it anywhere. So far it seems pretty durable as it's held up perfectly for the first cpl months but we'll see. I will update this review if needed in the future, but as of right now I couldn't recommend this more for the person who enjoys ice regularly.

Amazing Output for a Small Machine
OMGoodness, I love my ice machine! How did I live so long without this? My refrigerator could never make enough ice for my use. I pack my glasses with ice, and use tons of it. I had to resort to filling ice trays to keep up, but never again! I set up the machine as per directions: you leave it sit for 24 hours before use. I checked the box and all the parts, filled it and turned it on. Within the first ten minutes, the ice began to fall. The first use takes the longest, but the next use is much faster. I turn my machine on an hour before I need ice, and in one hour, I have a full tray which I use in my glass. Then I keep it running until I don't need ice any longer. It is a little loud, but it's in the kitchen, away from the den and tv area, so it's not bothersome. Highly recommend this machine! It's a real workhorse.

Perfect ice maker for a great price
Great price for this cool ice maker. Worth the money I paid, easy set up and makes enough ice for the family . It is a small ice maker , but I'm okay with that considering it fits into a small kitchen .

Great unit, love nugget ice, here's my method for avoiding b
The unit does what it's supposed to do. It's well made and doesn't take up too much room on the counter which is important to me as we have a fairly small kitchen. The sound of it is fine. Not too loud. I'm sharing a review because I had to do a lot of trial and error to get the unit to make ice in a way that worked for me. The default way of making ice that I tried, and that probably most people try is to just run the machine and throw the ice that's produced into a container in your freezer. For me this resulted in a block of ice because the cubes are very wet when they first come out. After a *lot* of trial and error I came up with this routine which works well. *Before taking the ice out of the machine shake it off in ice maker's basket as much as possible *Put the ice into a colander or similar draining device. Shake off the ice some more. *Put the ice into your freezer container and stir it into ice that's already in the container. This step is critical. Stirring the new wet ice in with drier already made ice will spread the water from the new ice around and help the new ice stay in separate nuggets and not freeze in clumps. *Wipe off excess water from the colander *Rinse and repeat

Quick, and Super Convenient
I've been using the countertop ice maker for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say I'm genuinely impressed. It's compact, efficient, and perfect for my small office area. I use a small fridge in my office and have the old-style ice trays, which take up a lot of space in the compact freezer area. Now, I can make ice on the spot with this machine, and I transfer the ice into my mini fridge for convenience. What I Love About It: ? Fast Ice Production C I was amazed that it can pump out nine bullet-shaped ice cubes in just a few minutes. I tested both sizes, and the large cubes are perfect for iced coffee, while the smaller ones are great for chilling smaller glasses. I have even used the ice to help keep food cold.. ? User-Friendly & Simple Setup C Setup was a breeze. I followed the directions, cleaned the basket and scoop, filled the tank to the max line, and was making ice within minutes. The control panel is intuitive, and the size selector worked without issue. ? Nice, Smooth Bullet Ice C The ice comes out perfectly shaped and smooth, easy on the hands and mouth. Watching the ice form through the transparent lid is also fun, especially for guests who've never seen an ice maker in action! ? Quiet & Compact C This unit is quiet enough for everyday use―about the volume of a running fridge. It doesn't take up much counter space and is lightweight enough to move around when needed. ? Self-Cleaning & Easy Drain C Cleaning is a snap with the bottom drain plug and the self-cleaning feature (just hold the power button). ? Smart Features C It has indicator lights for when the water is low or when the basket is full, so I don't have to guess. Just note that the basket itself isn't refrigerated, so you'll want to use or freeze the ice fairly quickly. Overall, this ice maker is perfect for day-to-day use or small gatherings. It won't replace a freezer's ice tray for big parties, but it's excellent for "on-the-fly" ice without the wait.

Great buy for the price!
Have had this a few months and yes the tank is a bit small it works great. I bought a more expensive one and it broke within 2 days. This one was half the price and works 1000 times better. I do wish they made a larger tank though. Ice does become slushie after a few hours but water drains to produce more ice. I really like the length of the cord to it's very long.

Almost a year old and still going strong!
I have had this machine for almost a year. I learned to only use purified or distilled water in it to keep from heavy mineral buildup that resulted in having to clean it every couple of weeks. I used to only run it when needed but I got some really bad mold buildup when I did, not only the ice areas, but the water line under the cover was nasty. This company will send you out the videos showing you how to take it apart properly so you can clean all of the parts, they will even send you a new hose if you really need it. Once I got the mold out, I leave it on continuously so that I always have ice in the bucket when I need it and also can stock my freezer when needed. I also take it apart every couple of months to clean it (with purified/distilled water only). If I have to run tap water, I clean it more often. This machine will make enough ice to fill half a gallon bag in about 30 minutes. Definitely faster than the one I had before this one. Very sturdy and follow the directions to let it sit 24 hours before you run it the first time. Otherwise the coolant may not all be in place from the box being tossed around. **The ice in the bucket is very wet. I have a hand towel that I dump it on to dry it off a bit if I am putting in the freezer so it doesn't all stick together in one big clump.... HIGHLY recommend this product!!

Love it
This is an excellent appliance. It is compact, fits nicely on the counter next to the coffee pot. The ice is perfect, crunchy little nuggets and it makes them quickly. I'm not sure if people are getting buggy versions or extremely quiet houses when they talk about the noise but the one we got is whisper quiet, the sound of the ice nuggets clinking into the little basket is louder than the working machine.
