A: Great question! For some items, especially ones that are likely to see daily use, a warranty is not offered through Spreetail outside of the standard 90-day warranty period offered by Target. I doubt you'll need it though, as the quality of this Haden Heritage toaster is second to none!

Very good quality material and very durable, both sides have its own crumb tray that’s easy to clean! I love all the colors you can choose from to match the rest of your kitchen!

Garbage Toaster
I loved the look of the Haden retro toaster, and despite mixed reviews I purchased it anyway. Never toasted an english muffin with just one set, more like 1.5. But I kept it anyway. Now it’s been less than a year and it has stopped working completely. Checked into the warranty and realized it’s a 30 day limited warranty. Seriously??? I’ll certainly check the warranty on the next toaster I buy because a 30 day warranty tells me the product is garbage. Lesson learned! My old Black and Decker toaster was on its 5th year before it quit. Would love it if the reliable toaster makers would have some design choices though…

Electric sparkles while toasting
We started seeing issues with this item immediately after a year. Among two toasters one is burning bread and the other was working good. Now even that is giving sparkling lights while toasting bread. It’s not worth to buy at this price.

I just received this toaster and plugged it in to see how it works and....it doesn't. One side works but when I press the lever on the other side, it doesn't stay down. It seems quite lightweight for its size. Looks cute. Don't know if I will try another.

Was so excited about this toaster waited so long to get it in and when i did get it, it never even turned on!! I tried every single outlet in my kitchen (to which other appliances work fine with) and it never even turned on. Piece of junk!
