Q: Hi. Is the item ONLY PFOA free. No other forever chemicals omitted?

  • A: Hello, Thank you for your question on this model. Only PFOA is not present in the PTFE coating. We do a newer model coming out with a ceramic coating. Q: How long does it takes, estimate, to heat up the surface?

Q: Are the raised parts high enough to grill without meat siting in grease while it cooks ? If they are only high enough to make grill marks it won't help with the grease.

Q: I'm living in a hotel, because of medical issues with a family member, can I cook/saute veggies and make small stews/soups?

As well you can bring it down to a simmer to make soups or stew but as with cooking on a stove top you do want to monitor liquid levels. Horrible packaging. They didn’t pack with extra packing material like bubble wrap and cardboard. Mine arrived in open box. I think UPS handled roughly and the box got opened. Box was not even taped. That was why it opened during shipping and handling. The pan quality is so poor. Thin metal, thin plastic. Very light and cheap material No wonder it was on sale.

Perfect indoor grill for 1-4 people

Great design, once you are done cooking your dinner, unplug the cord and you can move the grill to the table and serve, the cool touch wrap around is really cool! Great size for burgers and chicken.
