Does not work properly

I've had this heating pad for a few months. Even on the "low" setting, it heats up quickly and so hot that it almost burns your skin. Then the heat will become unreliable, sometimes turning down low. I never turn it to "high" because I honestly I wonder if it's a hazard.

Be aware

I LIKE the soft material and that it was VERY LONG so it could fit across the length of my back. I didn’t Like that the settings where all in reverse order which definitely caused a burned risk. So when I hit the setting for WARM It immediately went to the setting HIGH Then when you hit the setting HIGH you got setting WARM.
