Good for 2 people

Before using I rinsed the parts. I used 1 dry measuring cup (not the small plastic cup included) a normal 1 cup, basmati rice. I rinsed the rice and soaked it in water for 10 minutes and strained it before adding to the rice cooker. Then I added 1.5 cups of water and pressed Cook. It cooked the rice perfectly and turned to warm after about 15 minutes. I wish it beeped before switching to warm so you had some kind of notification that it was finished. Other than that it went very well my first time using it. This is very small and perfect for 2 people.

False advertising It is only hold 3cups!!!

It's false advertising, It can only cook 3 cups and not 6 cups as advertised. Unlucky for me, I threw away the box before I tried it. If I could rate zero I would. I needed a 6cups rice cooker. The cooker itself is good easy to cook and clean. Just change it that it has 3 cups capacity max. This is good for 1 person only.
