Not a good buy.
I purchased these earbuds in June 2025, Inc February 2026, I have one earbud that does not work. it will charge, it shows green when it's the only bud in the charger, but does not respond when I put it in my ear.

Great sound uncomfortable to wear
The sound is amazing. You can completely cancel everything out, but what you’re listening to or just simply use them for sleeping. My only issue and the reason I’m returning them is that the top portion of the earbud has something that scrapes along the inner top of my earlobe causing pain. Definitely worth trying out and hopefully they will not bother your ears

These are the best sounding earbuds I've listened to. The sound is very full and the bass is punchy, adjusting the EQ helps with giving clarity to the sound. The active noise canceling is the best out of the earbuds I've used, and doesn't degrade the audio quality like airpods. I have smaller ears, so most earbuds are fairly uncomfortable when I wear them. These have been pretty comfortable so far and fit perfectly in my ear with the smaller buds attachment. The only issue I've had so far is with connectivity, I'm not sure why but my left earbud dropped out. I sat it back in the case and took it back out, and it started working again. I hope this isn't a persistent issue. Still giving 5 stars because the sound quality and ANC are fantastic.

Great sound and ANC brought down by terrible software and app
This is my umpteenth bose product - I’ve bought their over ear headphones, speakers, tv speakers, earbuds over the years. The main thing I love is their consistent hardware and iterative ANC and sound improvements through the years. These earbuds are not an exception, they fit well, sound great and ANC is best in class. However, I see a worrying trend. Their software is becoming more and more glitchy, do not have intuitive controls and are lacking support more often than ever! For example, these earphones DO NOT have a way to turn off standby mode ( when the earbuds turn off after 10-15 mins of activity). So if you are listening to music reclining on an arm chair or bed, they WILL turn off after 15 mins. You have to poke at it to get connected again! Also, you need a separate new app for these buds - the regular bose app for over ear headphones don’t work! I really tried to make them work, but this is just not worth it. In fact, other companies ( Apple, Sony, Audio Technica) are catching up with hardware and ANC, while having vastly better software. I’m afraid Bose earbuds would die unless they prioritize on their software. For now, I will be returning them

I’ve had these for about a week and I love them. I had to get used to the dual sections of silicone but it ends up giving a more comfortable wear in my opinion. As a student that lives at home with a large and loud family I need space to study that is quiet and these help me with that. I’ll be sitting out on the couch reading in the morning with these in and I won’t realize that my mom is talking to me till she is in my field of vision. There’s also an aware setting which is nice. Obviously it can’t block out all sound but it’s helpful in blocking out enough that I can focus on what’s in front of me. I wear them for like a couple hours or so and they haven’t died on me while wearing yet so that’s good. 10/10, worth the price.

Honestly, case is garbage. The ring around the bud always falls off, even when I take them both off, movie keeps playing after I pause it. Already bought another brand. Super disappointed 😞

Buyer BEWARE!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely HATE these. You have to download the app to use them and they disconnect frequently while in use. I got them because Bose is a top brand when it comes to sound but these are horrible!!! Do yourself a FAVOR and get something else. I will NOT be purchasing these ever again!

Sound and Product Quality
Crispy and clear sound is gone from this version. I have been Buying Bose since 2011 and used every earbuds they have and sound quality was awesome. Call volume is low as well. Also, the quality of case got so cheap that it can be crushed just with bare hands. I still have the case from previous version of QC earbuds and it is rock solid. Had paid same amount for that one too. Quality is drowning.

Its a No for me
I bought these and at first they were good. I only had these for a year and now they are not loud anymore and don’t even charge sometimes in the case. Literally a week after I purchased these headphones started to get bad. The left earbud wouldn’t charge. I don’t like these headphones especially when I had previously owned beats for 3 years previously. These are almost $200 and yet I need to buy new headphones after 1 year. 🙄

Horrible dont waste your money
These are very poorly made sound quality is not good they do not connect to iPhone they disconnect often, had mine for about 6 months and they completely stopped working.

These earbuds are the worse earbud every I wasted hard earned money on this junk. Wish I would have returned them they continue to stop playing on there on. I really wanted to love these but what a mistake purchasing these.word of advice keep your money .i can’t even rate this junk.i was expecting more and better quality from Bose.thumbs down all away around.

Earbuds turn themselves off.
I bought these earbuds because the battery doesn't last very long on my other set of bose earbuds, however, the newer set seems to "auto off" on their own when I'm side sleeping and I can't find anywhere to turn this feature off. Otherwise I really enjoy Bose QCE and sound quality.

Listening Quality
I am happy I bought these to use at home where is there no noise other than what I am listening to on my Bose earbuds. Noise cancellation was acceptable given very little external noise. Pairing the earbuds with my iPhone and laptop was very easy using the Bose App. The sound quality from the earbuds is very good.
