These earbuds are too Big & they hurt my ears! Was hoping to replace my wired Bose, sad to say They Did Not replace them I use they more. Bought two pair years ago and just shared a pair with my husband he said they sound the best he has used. I had called and asked about a smaller ear bud, was told I would get a kit to fix them But ten days and No Kit!! till then NO More Stars

I bought these to replace my soundsport wireless, I like to alternate while listening to music from my Bose QuietComfort Ultra and my soundsport. But my soundsports only last 1-2 hours on a charge. So I purchased the Bose QuietComfort to replace the soundsport. The QuietComfort are great but not as good as the QuietComfort Ultra they are truly noise canceling. The QuietComfort I can hear some muffled noise in the background. Overall great product

Two weeks and NO Kit!!! then the kit doesn’t come in the color I had ordered how dumb! I can say that Bose does not have a good service base or web site. Will KEEP MY BOSE WIRED PAIR THEY HAVE GREAT SOUND and I can wear all day and all night!

The audio was AMAZING! Bass clarity were so good. The fit was as well once I switched out the ear covers to the smalls. I thought they were a bit bulky but my other earphones were a lot smaller so may just be I had to get use to them. My only con they constantly fell out while at the gym. Whether I was walking, lifting, on a machine, bending over to lift a dumbbell, it did not matter they kept falling out. Switched out the ear pads to see if that would help & did not. So I returned them and am on the hunt once again for new amazing earbuds like these but that dont fall out.

So far I bought 3 different ear buds from Bos. this pair is not up to the standard of the other two .First pair was absolutely great is still great lasting well and I use it all the time! the second pair was their top of the line I also bought a case for it ( but it did not last that well) however the buds are excellent . this 3 rd pair I bought as they appear smaller and I travel a lot so it was of interest to me ..anyhow I would not suggest to buy this model it needs charging way more than the others does not connect as well to my devices

I have now had my pink quiet comfort earbuds for about two weeks and I really love them! They fit perfectly and comfortably. The only thing that I hear when I wear them is music. All other noise is obsolete. They are so much better than my Apple earbuds, which are not noise canceling. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend them.

I find these difficult to extract from the case, and these are replacements that got lost while tryimng to extract them. And I don't feel that they're secure in my ears, and they've popped out more than once, even after best fit. The previous version was much more secure.

I've had these about a month. I tried using them at night when I play my sleep stores. They're not bad, if you get them situated right in your ear they don't cause too much discomfort. Where they are really good is when I mow yard. I put them in and "wow".........couldn't hardly hear the mower at all, and my music sounded great. But then again.........it's Bose! :>)

WORST EARBUDS ON THE MARKET. They wont play music from one ear but if you touch the earbud it makes a noise, signaling the sound in that ear works. On the rare occasions that both earbuds play sound, they will randomly stop playing sound in one ear. I bought these a week after purchasing AirPod pros thinking they’d be better. WRONG! The case is cheaply made and the headphones aren’t any better. They both feel like cheap plastic.

This model is a definite upgrade from my earlier QuietComfort buds, although I haven’t found the sweet spot on programming so I can change modes without the app, increase volume and go forward and back in small increments.

I am impressed by its ability to minimize ambiant music piped into the gym. I am however not sure of a proper fit and I'm afraid to lose them. The video on how to install them into one's ears is incomplete. Showing a line drawing of an ear and where exactly to aim the bud tip would be very helpful. State the goal: where should the tip be and how to be sure the device will not fall off.

Im loving my purchase, however I gave it 4 stars because it does not have the capacity to be found using your phone. I have already misplaced them twice and it would be so handy if we could ping it with the app or if it was compatible with the find my iPhone feature

They sit uncomfortable in my ear. I’ve tried all the tips that come with them and none feel better. They also will just not connect to my phone sometimes. I use them at work and will have to take them out for a phone call and when I put them back in, they will not reconnect. The noise cancelling feature is awful which is disappointing. I love both pair of Bose headphones I had before these, but these are a huge let down.
