Medela Electric Breast Pump in Style Pro+ Handsfree

This gets me great output and doesn’t hurt my sensitive skin. It’s not quite as portable as a full wearable but I think the output is worth it. Love the minimal number of parts. There is this weird glitch that the air doesn’t always start sucking right away but the FAQ on the Medela site has a work around that works. I was using a spectra as my main hospital grade pump and I have pretty much switched over to this one entirely.

The let-down button is also a nice addition. Being rechargeable is really helpful to be more mobile. I think the capacity of the collection cups could be a little bigger. It’s really nice to not have to deal with a valve!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hands free Medela pump is a little easier to move around with but you are still attached to the tubing. It is a little more discrete under your clothing and has a stronger suction than most wearable pumps. It dos not have a lot of pump parts to clean. I sometime do not properly close the cup and it leaks out of the bottom.

This pump is compact, easy to transport around the house, and very user-friendly. The controls are simple—just press and go—and the suction level indicators on the side lights are helpful for quick adjustments. Milk output is excellent, and it consistently performs the best for me compared to other pumps. The battery pack is a big improvement since it doesn’t need to stay plugged into the wall all the time. The main downside is the lack of a timer, which would make tracking sessions easier. I also wouldn’t really use this one out and about—it’s portable, but better suited for home use.

Easy to assemble. Quick to clean. Portable. Seems to work well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this, because its comfortable, powerful, and easy to use. the hands free design lets me move, which is perfect solution for busy days with baby. the bump has strong levels, also battery is great. i don’t need to be with power outlet. cups fits inside the bra , which makes so much practical to use them. few items to clean which really saves time, that’s really important for newborn mommys . overall, really great thing and really recommend to buy.

I’ve used medela pumps for 4 children and they have always been great until this year. This pump broke after 3 weeks. The first one I purchased through insurance broke after 2 months. ( medela was great abut sending a new one in two days) The inserts are really hard to put together, especially in the middle of the night. While waiting for a pump I borrowed my friend’s spectra and wow! It had a timer and the suction was way better and much easier to assemble. Now I’m back to using my phone for a timer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m on kid number two and they are only 15 months apart. Basically, I’ve been breastfeeding/pumping now for 2 years in a row. I’ve tried multiple pumps from wearable pumps to one that are plugged into an outlet. This was my first time using a portable one. I found the suction to be nice and strong allowing a great pump session. Like most pumps, this one only has the standard flange sizes, so I found myself having to use my own separate inserts. The machine isn’t too loud. The ease of carrying around is nice if you need to move around while you’re pumping. I also love how easy it is to set up.

Not great. If I had tried this pump, the first time I had a child I would’ve abandoned breastmilk altogether. This pump is really the proof that Medela hates women tell me that it’s portable but I can’t move or else I’ll weak into the cups and when I take it off, it’s always going to pour breastmilk into my top so I’m constantly smelling like milk because this stupid pump can’t just get the milk into the cups. do yourself a favor if you actually wanna stick with the breast-feeding journey and get a different pump. Spectra is great.

I purchased this to use in addition to nursing to help build my stash. I originally rented a symphony from my hospital and was looking for a more portable option that performed just as well. I’m so thrilled with this new pump and the power and performance. I found it easy to use, easy to clean, and convenient whether you at home or on the go. The pump is not as portable as an in-bra only option, but I decided I didn’t mind the tubing and carrying the motor as it ensure performance and longevity. Those in-bra pumps tend to burn out pretty quickly which felt wasteful given I plan to use a pump for a year or so. I would highly recommend this pump to people looking for a portable, affordable, and quality pump. I really could not be happier with my experience over the past few weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I loved the size of the pump, very comfortable to move around carrying it. Loved that it can be handy when needed and not so heavy. Materials are great and pretty durable. Things I didn’t like were they only come in couple of flange sizes and I had to buy extra inserts for me to use it. I didn’t like that it didn’t have a timer or any display to know what’s going on and how long. The let down button was just ring of lights. The milking part was very hard to open and close, didn’t like that either! Very hard to clean and put back!

It is easy to put together & take apart when cleaning. I do wish it had a pause button and/or timer, but the pump does shut off automatically after 30 minutes. 4/5 stars!

Unfortunately i received this after my pumping journey was over, but fortunately I have tried this pump before. This Medela pump is a hands free, double electric brest pump. Anything hands free with a baby is a pumping blessing. This Medela pump is a great option for moms who want portability and convenience yet great pumping power without being tied to a wall outlet. To start this pump is overall so easy to use. The cups sit in your bra so you are able to go around and do your business. They sit pretty discreetly inside your bra. This alone is a major win jn my book. Being portable and having hands free cups does come wjth more parts to clean. Although it is straight forward and daunting to clean at first, it really becomes second nature. The sound is not silent on this pump, and from most that I have tried this model has a moderately noixe level. For me, i didnt get as much output with any portable pump vs hospital grade ones. I used them in combination with each other. When I needed that convenience and was on the go, I used the Medela hands free pump. It is all preference and whay you need/want from your pump.

It is easy to assemble, all parts made from a good material and can be connected fast and without force. It also allows to clean it easy. The pump engine has different stimulation options that allow to select comfortable mode for anyone. I like the battery indicator, it is helpful feature. The cups are fitted good and lightweight, it is allowed to feeling well even with a cups full of milk. I will definitely recommend this one for easy breastfeeding and support lactation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pump is pretty easy to use once you read the instructions. They were easy to follow and everything for together seamlessly. I like that 2 flange sizes were provided. While it is hands-free you are still connecting to the large block and that is pretty heavy. It does have a loop so you can pick it up and carry on your finger. I got a good amount of milk out.
