SteelSeries Nova 5 PC Headset

These headphones were recommended to me by a friend. I am not a gamer, but was using it for conference calls for work. I wanted a comfortable option that could help reduce noise around me in the office and the headphone piece so 1) people could hear me clearer and 2) I could hear myself and volume as I participated in calls. I thought they worked well for a while and received positive feedback from co workers on the clarity and ability to hear just me and not others around me in the office. However, the dongle for the bluetooth would cut out mid call. I would suddenly not be able to hear anyone and have to reset it. This is not suitable for me and my job, a big annoyance. The other part about the dongle, is that it is very large, it blocks both ports on my laptop. You need a docking station to be able to use it and charge your laptop at the same time. I returned the headphones within the 30 day window due to the constant dropping of the blue tooth. 5/5 for comfort, clarity, sound quality, ability to hear myself for the price point 1/5 for not having reliable bluetooth and missing key details min work conference call There was no aux or ability to hardwire into my PC, so I returned them.

I've had the Headphones for a few weeks now. Before that I haven't worn a headset in years because they were all too heavy and hurt wearing but I gambled bought them and haven't regretted it at all. Very comfortable, great sound and easy to use. Love the software and how much you can adjust the settings for music, game and discord

Great sound quality and very comfortable on the ears. They don’t slide on the head and are honestly a 10/10 product especially considering the price

had it for about a month so far and it's exactly what i wanted and expected also it was great to see there's loads of spare parts available, looking forward to keeping it going for a long time

Honestly amazing! Sound quality is incredible. Build quality feels pretty good. Super lightweight and comfortable. My only gripe seems to be with the software. Whilst generally really good, it drops out quite frequently during heavy gaming sessions. It seems to be memory related, and it happens more reliably with Sonar active. It could be my system, but it is pretty good with 32GB of RAM.. Setting up the software, whilst pretty simple and intuitive, can take a bit of time to find the perfect settings.

I've tried many headset in my life but not many were up to my standard. The arctis nova 5 is a very solid choice for people that are tight on money (like me). The audio quality is very good, especially when using the app. I love the weight of nova 5, just the right amount to feel you have it on without the feeling of being crushed. The audio cancelling is not the strongest so If you were looking for that I'd reccomend looking for something else. I've experienced a couple of technical issues but they were all easy to fix using the app. Speaking of the app... it is both easy and hard to use, the sonar is a great option for gaming as it allows to audio mix depending on your needs but if you're not good at it you can still use the premade settings for games.

I use this Headset for my Home Office. It switches between Videoconferences and Phone Calls easily. The sound quality is awesome. I switched from a desktop microphone and my friend on discord didnt realize a difference. Gaming is also awesome on this.

I have had some troubles with the app but other than that they are easy to use and feel like good quality. I have not had them for long but so far they work well and are fairly comfortable with adjustable head size.

Great headset, but even at max volume it just isn't loud enough. Struggle to hear voice even with no background music. Checked all the setting and maxed things out to make it usable.

Was looking for a good follow up to arctis nova and i found it

So easy to connect to pc and swap to to console. All I buy is steel series and never disappoint. They sound very good.

Probably the best headset I've bought, great sound quality for music, gaming videos etc. Been using the gg to record gaming clips.

Have been using these for about 3 weeks now, and they're great. The dongle works immediately from my phone, and transfers from desktop to laptop without any fuss. Sound quality is wonderful, and battery life means it's my go to when listening to music or audiobooks around the house

I bought this about a month ago and I wish I had done it sooner! The battery lasts ages, easily multiple gaming sessions, it connects seamlessly to my phone if you want to watch a video without disturbing others and the microphone sounds like you’re in the same room! They fit really well and weigh little so you barely notice them! 10/10 would buy again

Bought this to replace my old Arctis Pro, and immediately I noticed how incredible it is to move to a wireless headset. Audio quality sounds great, have had no issues with the mic, and it’s comfortable to wear. I’m absolutely amazed by the battery life, I won’t charge for days and it’ll still be useable, the when I need to charge, it charges in a fraction of that time.

Feels good while gaming or working long hours. Sound is great, mic quality even better!
