Missing part
Blender combo is fine. Works as it should. Missing slicing/shredding disc and can not get help from shipper. Part does not seem available for sale from multiple parts distributors.

Just what I needed.
I have been using mine for over a year and love it. I have had no issues. It is what I needed, a basic blender/food processor. Easy to put away when not in use. Not complicated to use. Mine is sturdy and has held up to daily use and cleaning.

Missing Parts
I received this in the mail, and I agree with others no packing list of what's supposed to be included and the instruction book is not very clear. the slicing shredder disc is missing along with the blade shaft.

Horrible Manual: No user instructions!
I bought the 3 in 1 kitchen system 1200 watts last week and I am disappointed at the lack of instructions for this machine. It seems like it has great potential but I’ve been spending hours on YouTube watching videos that other users posted just to understand how to properly use the machine and the 3 pieces (chopper, blender and to go cups). There should be adequate instructions and support to get the most of this purchase.

Blender does a great job blending items, the food processor does a decent job as well. However my lid for the food processor has broken and it's impossible to find a replacement. Pretty much all other brands or the PRO model has parts all over the internet, but not this model. This would be a 4 or 5 star if replacement parts could be purchased from somewhere, but as it stands, it is a use until it is broken set.

Help find Slicer disk for food processor
Overall I really love the blender, the only thing is that it came without the slicer disk for the food processor and I have no idea where to buy a replacement. Any ideas would help.

Bad food processor
I've had no issues with the blender but the food processor absolutely will not work. I can't get it "seated" enough to spin the blades. An instruction manual would have been great as I'm having issues retaining it on my phone. I definitely won't be buying another one of these in the future.

Instructions on how to use? It feels wobbly!
I just unboxed this, and I see no instructions anywhere. You are supposed to scan the QR code and when it opens it up on the website it’s the exact same instructions that came with it which are almost nonexistent. Has just a little bit about the blender and that’s all.
