Bring the blonde shades back!
Why are there very little choices for blonde shades??? Not everyone wants to be dark haired and looking ghostly even if it might be the fad! Can’t find 10A anywhere.

Not good
I have medium brow hair and was looking for something new for summer. I came across this dye that was mean T to turn my hair light brown according to the pictures on the box. Followed the instructions a T. I am now ginger.

Not happy with blonde product
I have strawberry blonde hair and wanted to really lighten my hair, but it didn't even give me any kind of blonde. I followed directions to the tee.

Overall Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in Dec but with it being near Christmas didnt get time to use it straight away so forgot about it 😬. So the instructions are clear & very easy to follow. Application was simple enough, a little messy but to be expected especially when applying it yourself. The coverage was ok but 2 boxes would have probably been better for me (I have medium thickness hair but long, to top of bum). Rinsing took a while but again to be expected when dying your hair. The moisture shine conditioner smelled lovely & left the hair looking very shiny. My hair is very dark brown so the shade was quite subtle but really popped in the light. Overall this is great for a home dye at an affordable price.

Medium Brown 5 Colour Now Very Dark Brown /Black!
Having purchased Nice n Easy Medium Brown for 5 years and been very satisfied with the results, I bought the same product in Feb 2026. The result was totally different to every prior usage - it was dark, almost black and looked absolutely ridiculous. I had to get a second haircut , this time very short. I have no confidence in the colour representations of Clairol products any longer and will not be buying it in the future. It reflects on the poor integrity of Clairol and its disregard for its customers that no warning that this change in colour/formula had been made.

The use of a clarifying shampoo, followed by a deep conditioner can sometimes soften a color that is too dark. We also suggest that you avoid the use of heat (ex: blow dryers, curling irons) which can further set the color in. Nice and easy to use with good results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No Amonia, good quality hair dye? Yesss please! Clairol Nice 'N Easy hair dye is one of those, no harsh chemical smell that chokes you, easy to apply that makes it perfect for home use. In the box I had everything I needed, including plastic gloves and easy to follow instructions and conditioner, so that's it-mix, shake and apply! My hair is thin but quite long, still it was enough to cover it well. I find that it was easier to rinse it off compared to some other brands and it doesn't stain your skin as much, so that is a definitely thumbs up from me. The colour is not too purple but dark brown with a hint of amethyst, love that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great brand of hair dye unfortunately it states no ammonia on the box but there is a strong smell when you open the tubes and bottle and it gets weaker when you mix together it comes with very clear instructions and is very easy to use unfortunately it didn’t take to my hair so I didn’t get an end result always do a patch test before using this kind of treatment on your hair

I didn’t feel like I had missed any bit as the results were amazing. There was a nice smell from the product and the moisture shine mask left my hair feeling so silky.

Disappointed customer.
I have been using nice and easy light ash blonde 9a for many years and was great , so i decided to try soft silver 8s which on box would take on level 9 blonde but sadly wasted my money no change in hair colour whatsoever ! I was attending a party and looking forward to my new colour . Disappointed .
