Terrible adhesion

One of the patches was already peeling off the liner/sticking to itself right out of the package, and only stayed on my alcohol swab-cleaned leg for several minutes before falling off.

IF you can get it to stick and stay on, this patch is great. I think I've gotten 2 to actually stick and stay in place all day. I bought 2 boxes, I'm returning one. Such a waste of money!!!

Needs Better Adhesive

They work as well as the name brands, but unfortunately they don’t stay in place as well. My husband wears lidocaine patches on his back for work, when they don’t stick well they stop working. So unfortunately I will go back to name brand.

Just buy Salonpaus or the DG brand lidocaine patch. This probably works half as well. So you get what you pay for. This lasted maybe 2 hours vs 10 for the others.
