IGK Shampoo
I love all the other stuff that this brand has but not this shampoo. It doesnt lather like a normal shampoo and personally I didnt feel like it was cleaning my hair. It felt as tho the shampoo had been watered down. Its rather expensive for a shampoo that doesnt shampoo

Terrible consistency!
This was my 3rd time purchasing this product. The shampoo would NOT lather. My hair was so oily immediately after shampooing. I thought maybe it was my hair and washed my daughter's hair. It made her hair oily, as well. Do not purchase!

Feel amazing and works!
This shampoo has helped my hair SO MUCH! My hair is very fine/curly-wavy, and I have a lot of it. Most shampoos dry out my hair terribly, but not this one! The only cons I have are that the product leaked out of the bottle when I left it upside down (when it was close to empty) and it leaked all over. The other con is the price for the amount of product. Granted a little goes a long way, but its more pricey than I'd prefer.

So far I like it!
I bought this (and the smoothing condt.) at the Ulta section in Target b/c it was on sale. I've used it for 4 shampoos and I love it so far. I usually use Oleplex, which I love too, but this made my hair smoother, and seemed to stay straighter in the humidity. I have VERY thick curly hair that I straighten every day.

Not for oily hair
I didn't care for this at all - I use Olaplex normally and wanted to try this - very disappointed. My hair looked so greasy and heavy. I needed to wash my hair after using this. It's going back.

I didn't notice any real change in my hair by using the shampoo/conditioner but the smell was incredibly unpleasant. It smelled very perfume-y and I mean that in the most derogatory way.

Love this Shampoo and Conditioner!!
I've been a huge fan of IGK products for years and this shampoo and conditioner just made my love for this brand even greater. I have naturally curly/wavy hair, but straighten it pretty much daily. No matter how I style my hair or which products I use, it's always frizzy and coarse. I live in Alabama and it's really humid here year round. I always use prestige brand products on my hair. This shampoo & conditioner combo completely tames the frizz. My hair is actually soft, really soft and not weighed down at all. I'm in love!!!

Dry frizzy results
This product makes my hair frizzier and less manageable. I should have trusted the bad reviews. I tried it for a week to see if my hair just needed time to adjust, but that is not the case. I was using this with the conditioner as suggested. I DO NOT recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo is really good for a special occasion. But having oily hair, I need to expect to wash my hair more frequently after using this shampoo, therefore I don’t use it on a daily basis but rather for a good hair day. I also wish the bottle was bigger as it doesn’t last very long

A great shampoo that does what it says and supposed to! Cleans my hair while leaving it soft! Especially for a shampoo. I do double shampoo to really get my scalp clean from the week. It has taken me yearsss to find the perfect shampoo/conditioner combo for my curly hair type. I am so grateful IGK exists! I also use their 4 in 1.

Not a fan
I was really excited to try this product, but unfortunately disappointed me. After just a few hours of air drying my hair, I looked in the mirror and to my surprise it looked like I hadn't even washed my hair. My roots looked as if I had day 5/6 hair. Very disappointing.

I was skeptical because I've purchased high end salon products with the promise that they would work miracles on my frizzy, half curly, unruly hair.... but this line of products has literally changed my life! I feel confident in my blow outs (which I'm not that great at), but with this product, my own blow dry job makes me look like I just had my hair done at a salon! Customer for life. Thank you!
