Q: I am confused, is this for the main tank of a shark carpet cleaner? When I bought my vacuum it came with an oxy multiplier and spot cleaner. Oxy multiplier said to dilute with water, which I no longer see anywhere! The bottle seems small to not dilute it!

    Great machine, great formula for cleaning.

    I love this machine. The Stainstriker formula works wonders. My carpet looks like there was never a stain. I have a senior dog who has "accidents". The machine vacuums up the liquid stain off the carpet and then I spray with the formula, scrub a little and then it vacuums up the stain. I wish I had bought the machine so many years ago when I had cats that threw up!!

    Great stuff!

    This works very well on tougher spots on my carpet. I like the option of using the handheld wand on tougher stains so I can scrub harder. This is worth every penny because my carpets look and smell new now.

    Great product! Well Worth the price!

    I used this product for the first time a couple weeks ago, when I purchased our new shark carpet cleaner. I was very impressed how well it removed the cat stains on the floor. All pet owners will tell you, they are constantly cleaning the floors because of accidents. This product, together with my new shark carpet cleaner are insanely good! I'm impressed! No more store rentals!

    Love the Shark Cleaning Utilities.

    Would be of great help to instruct about the "Combine with Deep Clean Pro" for additional stain treatment, since using the "Stain-Striker" feature seems to only draw from the "Stain-Striker " tank and not both tanks. Also "Stain Striker" is only available when using the "Hand-Tool". Removing Brush-Roll, included instructions say "Pull Tab". Took me a bit to resolve, Remove Upper Clear Suction Duct, Push Together tabs to remove Secondary Duct, Then you can remove the brush roller!

    Shark Stain Striker Out

    Not very impressed with my first use of the stain cleaner. Did not remove coffee stains in carpet. will try again and hope for better results.
