Do Not Recommend
After using Bissell products for years, I am saddened to say this was very disappointing. The suction is very poor, and the self-cleaning function leaks. To add, I would not consider a tool self-cleaning when you still have to manually clean it. The scrub bristles grab pet hair, but if you do not manually remove it right away, it will fall off as you’re cleaning. I like the portability of it, but that’s all. I would not recommend this product, especially not for the price.

Don’t buy this. Mine stopped working after 3 months. Only used it occasionally on minor stains and eventually it started leaking. Instead of the water coming out of the hose, it just leaked out of the bottom.

Portable Pet Cleaner
This works SO well for smaller areas. I used it for an area that my shampoo cleaner couldn’t reach closer to the wall to clean up cat urine and it worked so well. It kind of leaks water around the tube part and I have to dry that part of it after using but still worked very well while using and wasn’t leaking while in use.

Powerful yet so easy to use
This is an amazing little machine! It is small and lightweight enough to be easily portable all over the house, even when the canister(s) are loaded with liquid (cleaning solution or waste water), yet powerful enough to deal with nasty messes. I got this because I have a new puppy who was having problems with training; lots of indoor urine messes on the carpet. I had used other enzymatic products, which prevented stains, but I couldn’t abide the scent, and could still catch a whiff of the original urine. I first used this Little Green Max to re-treat the old spots and it completely removed the odors of both the old urine and the overlaid chemicals: after a few days, you couldn’t tell anything had happened, even if you put your nose right down on the carpeting. Puppy has been successfully house trained, but now we are dealing with inappropriate chewing, and times where he eats objects that don’t agree with his digestion. I’ve had three early-morning instances of vomiting (one stick, and two hunks of plastic) and because this machine is so quick and easy to set up and use, dealing with the liquified portion of the vomit is a breeze. The vacuum is extremely powerful, better than my household vacuum, and it is so easy to not only set up and use, but cleaning the machine itself is simple. The best part may be the fact that you can use the “self clean” to rinse out the tubing and nozzle. No lingering smells in the machine itself! I love this product and consider it an essential tool in my cleaning arsenal.

Missing parts and used product !!!
Product was boxed perfectly looked brand new. But vacuum heads missing and bottle of urine cleaner was used and cap still on. Disappointed and wasted lots of time!!!

Not worth it for small messes we got it for
I’m not sold on this. We have a cat who has the usually cat vomiting issues and this removes maybe 80-90% of the stain from carpets. I would say that’s great but it’s a hassle to lug this thing out fill it up and use, followed by cleaning all the parts. If it was just pulling it out using and putting it back I’d love it. The worst part is trying to leave it out for days to dry after using and rinsing all the parts. We store it in a closet that started to smell. Turns out it’s this machine maybe not drying all the way in the hoses? It smells musty and I worry about mold. I really wanted to love this but For small messes it’s just not really worth it to me.

I LOVE this Little Green Max Pet Portable Machine
I absolutely love this product! I live with 3 dogs and 2 cats and accidents happen. This little machine is so easy to pull out of the box, add cleaning solution to, and get the clean-up started. When done, clean up of the machine is oh so easy. I have used bigger carpet cleaners and smaller ones. The bigger ones are cumbersome and the smaller ones are big enough to do a thorough cleaning without having to refill and empty, etc. This machine is JUST RIGHT! I definitely recommend it!

Pretty bad
Pretty terrible. After my goldendoodle decided to have diahhrea on my rug, I purchased this product in hopes to clean it. After using it twice in one run, not only did I have my dogs remains everywhere but the dirty water of it since it spewed out of all openings. Do not recommend.

Handy little cleaner!
So far I have used this three times in the past month I’ve had it for. Between three kids and a puppy this will help me keep everything clean! I like the suction power, it has a nice stream for the solution/water to come out of. I do wish the tank was a bit bigger but I also understand this is more for spot cleaning. Overall it’s nice, the large fill and small fill options are nice. I also like that the tank shows how much water and solution to put in. Totally easy. The price while on sale was great too. I would buy this again!

Did not hold charge, practically new
Carpet Cleaner worked like a charm the first couple weeks of using it. We used it a total of maybe 4-5 times. Once the battery started to deplete, we put it on the charger but it would not charge it would drain the battery. We made sure it was the correct charger and even checked for damage on the charger itself and the carpet cleaner but they both looked in perfect condition. So disappointed that this carpet cleaner failed at so early. I feel like I wasted my money. We have 3 cats who tend to urinate outside the litter box when we are away and the carpet cleaner did a great job of cleaning up the smell and remove stains. Just didn’t last us that long.

Cheapest part is a fail; works okay otherwise
Most of the machine is fine, but the little plastic piece that’s supposed to secure the cleaning head to the hose is too far recessed to do its one job. So using the cleaner means I need a death grip on the cleaning head or else it gets pulled off the hose as I move the cleaning head back. Disappointing that probably the cheapest part on the machine adds a level of difficulty to its use.
