I did a pick up on a coffee maker, the box was smashed in, I check the inside nothing was broken but on usuns for the first time it leaked all over. why would you even give an order to a customer with the box in that condition. 🤨very unhappy

I just bought this three days ago. At the end of the night I go to hand wash the pot and it breaks? The glass is so thin. Before you ask no It wasn’t hot, this machine keeps the coffee warm for two hours in the morning and that’s as good as it gets. I had to take a picture because I was in disbelief that it broke in my hand. Absolutely ridiculous. I also had an older version of this that kept coffee warm for about 4-5 hours. Safe to say I’ll probably never go back to this brand again. I had to return this same machine a week ago because it wouldn’t work out of the box.

Disappointing
Our coffee maker died and we bought this as q quick, cheap replacement. This is exactly that: a cheap replacement. When the coffee brews, it sends the grounds up out of the filter around the top of the basket. We've only had it for a week, but it does this with every brew. It brews very slowly, so we have to program it at least 10 minutes sooner than we normally would. We will be returning it.

Broke within 6 months
Bought this in September, and in March is leaking from the bottom (clear water). I have a water softner, and a whole house water filter so I don't believe corroding is the issue here. I'm not sure how this happened, but I'm extremely disappointed with this company I had high views of, prior to this experience. While I did use it, coffee grounds would get into coffee during brewing which was also disappointing. I had to come up with a coffee filter process to hold the keep the grounds sandwiched between 2 filters, so I didn't end up with grounds in my cup.

Only stays on for 2 hours after brewing
Purchased this online because it stated it stayed on for 4 hours after brewing; it only stays on for 2. Disappointed there, but other than that, standard coffee maker. It does seem to make a pretty good "gurgling" sound while brewing in the morning. Setting the time and delay brew are simple. It was a great price to replace my other pot that quit.
