This is the best heating pad I’ve had - it heats quickly, stays quite hot without feeling too hot, is a great size (quite large but also compact), and it has pockets! I assume the wrap is designed so you can wear it standing or sitting at a desk, but for me, I would probably just be laying. Honestly, the limitation to this is that it’s not very flexible and since it’s too big for my width, I cant put it under a shirt or tuck it into pants. It would definitely be noticeable. It barely fits between my hips and my chest as is. My cat did lay on it on me for a while and she loved it. I think I’d rather just get a normal heating pad that is multipurpose.

The multiple heat settings are a huge plus because you can adjust it to what you need. I was able to adjust it up and down as needed and pain level. It also has an automatic shut off which I love since I tend to use it while laying down to sleep. I really appreciate that it comes with a strap to hold in place, which makes it easy to wear while resting and helps to not have to keep readjusting. My girlfriend loves using this when it’s her girl time and I really like to use it on my back. It even has pockets. It heats up fast and has different modes. Definitely recommend this.

The pad wraps around you like a pouch on a seatbelt so you can adjust to have it as loose or as tight as you desire. The material is soft and is clearly marked for body side. The heating dial is easy to read and ranges from warm to high. It is corded which can inhibit your mobility or positioning but the cord is a decent length. I would love if there were a rechargeable USB option so you could move around more freely

It has different levels to heat up, so you can have the heat temperature at your liking. It is a nice, comfortable heating pad and not too big. It is power through electricity. Overall, a great product for those painful cramps to help soothe them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sunbeam's Carbon Fiber Heating Pad is very soft to the touch and comfortable when wearing. I like using the strap to secure it safely and not worry about it sliding off. The controller is easy to use with one button and 4 settings (warm, low, medium, high). Even just the warm setting gives quick relief. After plugging in and turning on, I could start to feel the heat within a minute. I also like the little pockets on the side. It fits snug against my waist. I like the safety feature of turning off after 2 hours. However, I noticed that you have to wear it flat and not let it bunch up/crease for optimal comfort and effectiveness. This was a godsend when I had bad menstrual cramps. The only thing is I wish the cord was longer or that it had a way to charge it to move around/take it on the go, since I have to stay close to an outlet to use.

The first use it does have a very chemical smell upon warming up which isn't great. It is a little large when you sit down and doesn't fold well to the body. It feels better standing up or on your back versus stomach cuz it pushes up against your breast. The heat options are nice and move up in good increments.

I like that when wearing it on the front and you sit down, it doesn’t bunch up on your lap, the flaps kind of just fold up. It has pockets in front that you can put your hands in which is a really nice feature. There are four settings and it shuts off automatically in two hours which is a great safety feature. The cord is about 9 feet long, so you can use it anywhere. The pad is super soft and comfortable and it stays in place because it has a Velcro belt. You can use moist heat therapy with this easily by dampening the pad with a wet sponge or spraying it with water. I highly recommend this for stomach pain or back pain!

I especially enjoy the place for my hands with the soft fabric as they are always cold. I deducted a star because the levels are a bit finicky. The low is a bit too low but the medium is way too hot instead of being warm.
