This is junk
This food processor was purchased for me as a Christmas gift. I've used it probably 4 times, the bowl cracked while grating cheese and the safety lock on the side broke off! I remember when Black and Decker was a good product!

Food processor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food processor was much larger than i anticipated it to be! It is able to hold quite a bit of food. I love that it has small suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place. It worked really well and I can’t wait to use it for all my meal prep!

The bowl broke and its nowhere to purchase
Bowl broke and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Its so frustrating. I need the bowl and I have searched and searched , no luck . No even on this website. Its ridiculous to make a product and you cannot find one of the parts.

Not durable
The food processor worked well but it got knocked over and the bowl broke into pieces. Not durable at all!! Went to find/buy a replacement bowl and can’t find anything :(

Broken… again
This is the second one I’ve bought. The first lasted years so I bought the same one again, but the one I bought about 9 months ago just broke. I keep having issues with the bowl getting stuck and then a small piece that pushes the sensor in, allowing the machine to start, breaks off. I love the 8 cup capacity of it, but it’s just not worth buying again. I’m trying to find a replacement bowl. But if I’m unable to, then I’m not going to buy another one this time.

Junk, not dish washer safe
Broke after first use. I blended tomatoes for soup. My wife put it all in the dish washer and not the center shaft won’t go into the bowl anymore as the hole for it warped in the dish washer. It is NOT dish washer safe parts as labeled.

Breaks easily
The bowl broke after maybe 10 uses. Can’t figure out how to order a replacement (if its even worth the money to do so.)

Horrible at one of the main tasks it should be gre
Shredder blades are extremely dull grinds up the cheese rather than shreds and the space between the blades and entrance is too much so it doesn't work all that well to top it off i only ised it 2 times thus far and every time it smells as if the motor is gunna burn up redesign the lid and get a better motor and sharpen the shredder blades

Lid broke after 10 uses.
I purchased this processor to help mix ingredients. It works great but has a major flaw. A tab broke off of the lid near the handle and now it wont turn on. The tab on the lid is a safety and is aparently very fragile. No replacement option available. Lids online are half the cost of a new machine. Never buying Black and Decker products again! Its sad too, the machine worked great! Do better.

Came broken
I bought this one week ago. Went to use for the first time and it will not come on. The outlet works, it is not over packed, trying to make hummus. Went over the instructions multiple times and can not get it to work. Definitely a waste of money.

I purchased a 8 cup food processor. I got it home and unpacked it and a attachment was missing. I plugged it in and nothing! I will be returning it for a refund tomorrow.

Works well until lid piece broke off
The good processor works well, After several uses, the plastic tab on the lid that ensvles it to lock closed has broken. I don’t have the receipt, as it was a gift and feel it should not have broken with regular use so quickly. I cannot find a way to replace the lid so it can be used either...so frustrating.

Broken Lid
I bought this for my girlfriend as a gift and the first time using it was fantastic. The second time she went to use it, the little plastic tab snapped off. It seems from reading other reviews that this is a common occurrence. Pretty disappointing...
