I’ve notice the energy and difference. The only thing that is hard for me is that the pull is big but like any other vitamins.

I can’t say anything in the way of efficacy of the pill as I’d have to have blood drawn to see if it’s improved any of my vitamin intake.

I don’t like how big the capsules are though, but that’s just a minor issue. From what I’ve read, the ingredients seem clean for the most part also. I’m still on the lookout for a good multivitamin, but this one seems like you get your moneys worth out of it.

The ingredients seem to be fine as well but i will say that the pills are quite large so if you are someone like me who has trouble swallowing large pills i would take that into consideration. Other than that though the vitamins were great.

What I will say is that I appreciate the addition of iron in these vitamins, it’s hard to find a good amount these days.

Quality is good and makes me feel great but I had to stop it since my body produces an overflow of vitamin B with the pill. Nothing concerning I just don’t need this specific pill.
