Worth it especially if you have food allergies

I have a severe gluten allergy and carry these with me wherever I go. When I start to feel my tummy unsettled, I take these and within an hour I am feeling better again. I highly recommend!

What I love about Bloat

Bloat is excellent to take when you are eating a meal that you know has the potential to cause bloat and stomach upset. I love to take it with me to travel for occasional bloat and gas due to travel and different types of food.

Debloats me quickly
