  • A: I have a miniature schnauzer with chronic nasal congestion and I use this for him daily. It helps loosen mucus so he can sneeze it out. I also apply a wet facecloth to his nose that’s been soaked in hot water do he can breathe in steam.

  • A: Since it arrives sterile (being saline with baking soda) but once you are putting it in or around your nose and it is exposed to air, I would think that it would eventually become "contaminated".

    Good product, bad protective coating

    Product is good, but whoever the clown was that designed the plastic protective coating over the bottle and and cap should be fired. The perforations in the plastic don't work. The cover takes about 5 minutes to remove and you end up with about 30 pieces. What a mess! Im a top executive at a manufacturer and if this is what I gave my customers I would be looking for a new job.

    Non-working Spray Bottle

    I bought a three pack to give this spray a test for both my husband and me. My bottle didn't spray after approximately 4 uses. We tried to remedy by rinsing the nozzle, realigning the top into the bottle, to no avail. Forced to just throw away a full bottle of saline spray.

    Packaging stumbles on a straightforward product

    The protective wrapping, while a good idea for safety and cleanliness, took 5 minutes to remove - the perforations don't work. Then there's a marketing sticker directly on the cap that I can't get off, and I wonder how clean that is. Finally, the spray does not come out straight - doubt that is by design. There's not much to differentiate nasal saline products, and these small but annoying issues weigh heavily on the rating scale.

    Good product , hard to unwrap.

    I’ve been using this for a long time, even though I find the stream to be little strong. My main complaint is that it is so difficult to remove the plastic wrapper! I’m older, and I wonder why Arm&Hammer can’t put a colored , perforated strip on the wrapper to make it easier to remove for everyone.

    It’s burns

    It burned my throat for an hour. It’s hurt so bad I tried couch drops and sea salt gargle nothing made it feel better. I looked at the back of my throat and it was burned like red marks. Please don’t do use this.

    Product works!! Bottle defective

    I bought this about a week ago, the product works and is very refreshing. I wish they would make the nozzle easier to push. It’s a very low nozzle if the was “fatter” if that makes sense it would make it easier to use

    Hard to dispense

    I bought this a few months ago and have not been able to use it as often as I would like to. I find it very difficult to push down on the dispensing button/cap. I find that I have to use both thumbs to press on the button to dispense the product and even that is very difficult. The product itself works for me and I like it. If the delivery system is changed, I would buy this again, otherwise I will have to look for something else. I do not recommend if you have weak fingers or arthritis in your hands.
