Easy open, easy to swallow
This glucosamine chondroitin comes in a bottle that is easy to open. The pill was easy to swallow. They are gluten and lactose free, but contain shellfish. Per the instructions, you have to take three pills to get the advertised dosage.

Not double strength per tablet
It says double strength, but I compared it to the same product that I use from another store (store brand) and it's the same dosage per pill. Up&up's serving size is 3 tablets while the other one is 2. So, if you take 3 tablets, it's about 1.5x the strength. I would rather only take two tablets since they are larger and I probably don't need all 3 for my size.

Help for joint pain
The directions recommend taking this supplement three times per day. I do not know if I would remember to take them that often. The size of the pill is standard and the pills are east to swallow. A good option for better feeling joints.

Easy to take and affordable, no weird smell or taste. Hard to say if they really work, but I feel like there is little risk to them- either they are helping strengthen my joints and I’ll thank myself in 30 years, or they aren’t doing much and my joints continue to age as normal.
