Just Meh!
I bought this in November, the espresso side started acting up. Contacted them, finally got it figured out and after I cut the cord, they sent me a new one. This one isn't much better, when I close the coffee side it leaks.

Great till is wasnt...
Had for almost two year and now. It was great for the majority of it. It starting beeping and flashing the light in the middle of the night. Saying it needs to be cleaned. We keep cleaning it and it keeps on doing that. Also the part where the coffee grinds goes in, messes up and overfills and spills out everywhere

Would not recommend
Do not purchase this item if you plan on making espresso for more than 1 year. The espresso function malfunctioned after 1 year of using it and past its warranty so they only offered 30% off. Why repurchase if it is just going to break again??Upon further research and looking at reviews, this is a VERY common issue. It appears Ninja has not been taking their feedback seriously and is not fixing this issue for this particular model. It was good while it lasted but not worth the money since it won’t last long!

Lasted just over one year. The unit can no longer puncture the nespresso pods so it can’t make espresso any longer. Company offered 30% off only. Can not be serviced. I will never buy another Ninja. A horrible ripoff unit

Great when it worked
We used ours daily, until we couldn’t. About 13 months of use. Now it won’t power on. Zero lights. Known working outlet, nada. My guess is some sort of thermal fuse was tripped making it completely inoperable. Pretty sweet how the warranty lasts a year and not long after that year the entire thing is kaput, unfixable, and now a paperweight on my kitchen counter. Loved it while it worked but won’t buy again. If it’s failing for no reason at this point in time, it’s by design.

Disappointed
Didn’t even last a year, we get an error message and have to reset the clock every time to get it to work now. So disappointing, we love Ninja products and have a bunch of them. Not this one though.

Great while it lasts. First one just kept giving errors after several hours troubleshooting with support. The warranty was honored and.a new machine was sent but unfortunately less than a year of owning that one, it now will not brw any pods.

One of the worst purchases we've ever made
This items is defective. It keeps shutting off and we're unable to make even a cup of coffee. Additionally I can't run the cleaning cycle.

Great machine but...
I’m leaving this review as an FYI for anyone considering this machine. We purchased it in November 2022 and absolutely loved it at first. We followed all cleaning instructions and it worked great—until it didn’t. One day, while sitting in our living room, the machine randomly turned on, started beeping, and had flashing lights. After checking troubleshooting options, there was no clear fix for this error. We contacted Ninja, and they told us the unit could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. They offered a 30% discount toward a new machine. While we appreciate the discount, it raises concerns about durability. We don’t use the machine daily, so having it fail after only a few years is disappointing. If you’re okay with potentially replacing a machine every few years, this may still work for you. Otherwise, you may want to keep looking.

Great System
We have had our Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System for over a year and a half now. it has never ever failed us. Still looks great in our kitchen and makes great coffee. I highly recommend this for everyday use!

We got a Ninja espresso system two years ago and absolutely loved it! We recently lost it in a house fire but definitely plan to get another. We had zero issues with it and its definitely something we are replacing when we get back into our home.

Great coffee
I bought this machine when a power surge ruined my last ninja coffee maker. I love the espresso feature, it's a nice addition to my coffee. There are several pro for this machine, the one 2 cons I can think of is it doesn't come with a mesh filter like my last one did, and it doesn't allow k-cups. Other then that, I love this machine.

Breaks down every year
Nice looking machine, great coffee from both sides, HORRIBLE durability! I’ve had it since August 2023. It had broken down TWICE by November 2025. Both times it was the same problem - stopped piercing pods. The first time they replaced the base because it was still under warranty. The second time they said the only thing they can do is a 30% discount. That sounds like a joke, right? Only 30% so that I have to get a new machine every year basically! I loved the machine while it was functioning. Extremely disappointed in quality and reliability, don’t think I will ever trust Ninja again.

Coffee Maker Fail
I typically love ALL ninja products but this fell short. Loved the design and ability to reduce clutter on my counter with a coffee maker and nespresso machine in one. Everything works great except the coffee maker. For whatever reason the water overflows or sits too long, causing the grounds to overflow down the sides into the coffee and making a huge mess. I've wasted several bags of coffee trying to figure out what's wrong. My previous coffee maker was ninja and I jad no issues. Finally tried several different filters until I found one that doesn't cause an issue but makes my coffee weak. Overall, highly dissapponted and will probably go back to my other machines. Dissapponted since this was so expensive.

I love it
I love it but I do not use all of it's features. I've had it two years and I make coffee or expresso based drinks I bought it to cut down on my Starbucks bill and he has done that. I am looking into it's other features now.
