I’ve been taking 1 pill from almost 1& half month, I’ve seen no difference in my energy or hair or skin at all. The large pill is hard to swallow & feel little heavy on stomach. Will finish my 2nd bottle & if I won’t see any difference then I’ll go look up some other multivitamins.
