Q: Was the formula changed? The tube I received was chunky, blue, and separated. It wouldn’t mix. I returned and was sent a new tube- this tube was also the same. I won’t be purchasing again. A waste of money for what used to be an amazing product.

A: It separates when it is too cold, if I get this shipped during the winter it does this. It actually says on the product do not expose the product to temperatures below 5°C or 41°F . So in colder months I just buy it at the store and it has been fine for me.

Q: When opened for the first time, is it normal for there to be liquid separated from the cream? The one I received had about a teaspoon of liquid coming out of the tube before the actual cream.
