Easy, Tasty Daily Vitamin

I picked up First Day Women’s Multi at Target and really like it. The gummies taste good (not too sweet), are easy to take, and don’t bother my stomach. I love that it covers the basics without feeling heavy or overdone. It’s an easy daily habit, and I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Amazing!

These are some of the softest, easiest to chew gummies I have ever tasted. They are delicious tasting. I get a boost of energy from them that lasts all day. With my last vitamin, I used to get cold sores from vitamin deficiency- not these. I love them so much that I got my adult son to start taking them. My hairdresser commented that my hair has started to grow thicker/ shinier- she thinks it's from the blend of B vitamins.

First month 💖

I just started the vitamins this month and so far, I'm feeling much better! I was super lethargic before starting them, so I was desperate for some help. I came across these, and though a little pricey compared to other vitamins, I figured it was worth the money if it helped me feel better! Absolutely LOVE!!!

Just love these gummies!! Seriously, I have a hard time getting all of my nutrients in and these gummies help so much! I would recommend to anyone that has had bariatric surgery and has troubles getting food in.. to try these :)

I've only been using First Day, for five weeks. I think I'm starting to notice that I have more energy, but I'm going to give it at least three months. I would like to give it a real chance to make a difference with the way I feel. The taste is great and easy to chew. I wish that they didn't stick together… so far that is the only negative thing that I have to say, but that will not stop me from taking them. I would give them a try for yourself.
