Toasts so so fast!! This is the best toaster I have ever owned!! I love how you can choose the exact level/color you want the bread to be toasted at.. so quick so much better than my old toaster! Great value.

Neat Toaster
Love my new Dash toaster. I had never heard of this brand but I took a chance because of the great reviews. It toasts bagels to perfection. Love that you can see it toasting . Works great thus far.!I bought the black and looks so classy on my kitchen counter .’the price at Target was so good too. Big difference from my last Kenmore toaster, which I loved for 8 years but is now way too expensive .

Hello! We sincerely apologize for your recent experience. Please follow these steps: Turn the toaster on its side or upside down. Remove the crumb tray. Remove the glass panel from the toaster. Ensure to clean all of the crumbs from the toaster. Slide the panel back into the grooved slots until you hear a click. Re-insert the crumb tray. Plug your toaster in and test the lever. Please always ensure the glass panel clamp is fully inserted, all the way in and secure. Failure to do so will result in the lever not staying down. Best Toaster Ever
I have used this toaster for years. I've even given this as a gift. It toasts both sides perfectly. It wide enough for thick bagels and the long length allow you to toast two regular size slices of bread or one bigger and longer slice like sourdough . PRO TIP- if you turn the toaster on its side you can reheat a slice of PIZZA. It cleans very easily too. REMEMBER IF THE PUSH DOWN TAB DOESNT DOESNT HOLD MAKE SURE THAT THE GLASS WINDOW SLIDE OUT IS PUSHED IN AND LOCKS. Once it is then the push down gab will hold and start toasting again. Great Addition to Our Kitchen
I was searching for a replacement for our old slim‐profile toaster and was immediately intrigued by the design of the Dash Clear View Toaster. This is my first Dash purchase, and what a fantastic introduction to the brand. We’ve been genuinely amazed at the quality of the toasting compared to our previous toaster. Our homemade sourdough breads taste even more special now. The clear view window helps us find the perfect setting for each of us, and the bold red color fits beautifully with our other red countertop appliances. It’s both a standout piece and a great performer.

Love the color and the ability to put in a piece of sour dough to toast without toasting 1/2, turn it over and toast the other. Some breads toast quicker than others so the window is a great addition.

Unreliable and fragile.
Unreliable, difficult to use, easy to break. I ordered one a few years ago, liked it and then got one for a friend as a housewarming gift. Within a month his was broken (only with light use) and mine was having issues with simply not working. Looks great, I just wish it were more reliable and robust.
