Charging port gets things stuck in it.
I like how small it is and the color, and the batterylife. However, the app usability isnt great. The UI in app has some basic things very nested and hard to find. The main reason for the 1 star is the charging port. It's terrible and constantly gets things stuck in it, dirt sunscreen buildup. Im a gardener and we go to the lake a ton. The port is incredible hard to clean. I never had these issues on my Samsung watch. I'm working on returning.

Garmin forever!
I’ve been wearing Garmin watches for more than 25 years. I currently have the Epix 2, which is great for all my activities. The only problems I have with it, is that it is quite bulky for dress and impossible to find feminine, dressy watchbands. I tried the Oura ring & Apple Watch but they just aren’t a Garmin. I decided to buy the Lily and it’s perfect! It’s delicate, so light you barely know it’s there and there are lots of watchbands to change up the look. Thanks again Garmin!!

Highly satisfied with my Garmin Lily 2 tracker!
I purchased the Garmin Lily 2 Active primarily for its sleep tracking capability, and I'm pleased to say it has delivered on that promise. The sleep tracker works exactly as I hoped — it's accurate, easy to read in the app, and has become a meaningful part of my daily routine. Beyond sleep, the fitness tracking features have also impressed me. The step counter is reliable, and the exercise tracking is smart enough to automatically recognize when I'm on my elliptical — a nice touch that saves me from manually logging workouts. Battery life is exactly as advertised at 9 days, which means I'm not constantly hunting for the charger. That kind of dependability matters in a wearable. Overall, the Garmin Lily 2 Active does everything it says it will do. It's a well-rounded fitness tracker that earns its place on my wrist every day. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

Not for me
I really wanted to love this watch! I really thought I would come to love it over a few weeks, but it’s just not for me. Well I love the look of the watch, it is difficult for me to read text on its screen. I bought it because of the battery life and not having to charge it every day, and for the body battery as well, but it’s just not enough. Also, sleep scores are inconsistent, Meaning I could have the same amount of sleep and equivalent length of stages etc. but the scores would be different, which was confusing and frustrating. I will be returning the watch.

Better than Apple Watch
Love it! I have had 4 Apple Watches and decided I was tired of the bad battery life. So far so good!

So glad I chose this watch!
I love this watch! I was wanting a watch to monitor my fitness and health metrics like sleep. I mainly use the treadmill and walk features for fitness. I like that the GPS tracks me on the walk feature and I can see where I went. The sleep tracking is nice and seems to work fairly well. Not perfect, but good enough. I am someone with small wrists and this watch fits good on my wrist. It doesn't bother me to sleep in it and I am someone that is sensitive to outside stimuli during sleep. I like that it tracks my pulse. When doing research before buying this watch, I had read that the texting feature would work with Apple or Android. This is not true. I cannot use it to text. I can, however, get the notifications that come to my phone. It can take some getting used to how the watch functions and where to find things, but this was not an issue for me. Battery life is good. Seems like the GPS feature drains the battery but I don't wear it 24/7. On average, I'd say the watch would last 5-7 days on a charge.

like it more than my previous venu 2s
I had a venu 2 s for many years and the battery was running out without warning so it prompted me to get a new watch. I first purchased the vivomove, which was a mistake! Unfortunately I didn't expect not to like it and threw the box away, so can't return. But I disliked the vivomove so much I did buy the lily 2 active and I really like it.

Did not track steps or heartrate well and lost connection to phone
Tried to switch to Garmin Lily 2 Active after being a longtime FitBit user. I wore the new Garmin and old Fitbit on the same wrist for a month to compare. The Garmin only recorded about 1/3 of the steps that the FitBit did. I had counted off steps on the FitBit a few times in the past, and it was fairly accurate. The Garmin also showed a much lower heart rate than the FitBit or self-measure. It was easy to bump the Garmin and get something on the display that I didn't want. The final straw was when Garmin pushed an update and I lost the connection between the watch and my iPhone. I wasted a lot of time trying various ways the Garmin website provided to reconnect, but none worked. There was no reason for me to keep a fitness watch that had inaccurate data and wouldn't even connect to the app. So disappointing.

Great for small wrists and still packs a punch!
Love my Lily 2 Active. I previously used the Forerunner, but didn't need all the bells and whistles and wanted something more feminine. Lily 2 checks all the boxes for what I wanted, and I didn't lose any features that I frequently use. I did have some difficulty figuring out how to broadcast my HR for my Peloton rides. Don't try googling it. Just go straight to the owner's manual:)

Struggling with watch after 6 weeks
I have been using this watch for 6 week and am still having issues with it. Sometimes the heart rate isn't measuring, there have been many nights that it says it couldn't get a read on my sleep and there is no log for it. S lot of times I have a hard time getting the watch to wake up to tell me the time and sometimes texts come through and other times they don't. I have had a hard time w it consistently work well in all areas. I have updated my watch and phone and made sure watch settings are on sensitive so it wakes up but not a lot changes.

Interface Flaws
I got this after my Apple Watch died, and for the price this watch is subpar. The interface has so many frustrating aspects that would be very easy for them to fix. Example: It’s very difficult to set a timer (and very difficult to turn the dang thing off), I can’t see the time when I’m in an active workout, it disconnects from my phone all the time (I have to go manually sync it), and more. The pros are the battery life and the fitness tracking, which seems to be very accurate, and the look is a little less abrasive than the black screen of an Apple Watch. But I wouldn’t buy this again.

Style Meets Substance!
I absolutely love my Garmin Lily 2 Active. In my opinion, most smartwatches aren't very stylish, but this is a truly attractive watch and I’ve enjoyed customizing it with the different watchfaces. The accuracy is spot on and the app gives great health insights. I’m currently recovering from surgery, so I haven’t been able to use the workout features yet, but I’ve found the health monitoring invaluable during my recovery. I’m really looking forward to exploring the rest of the features once I'm back on my feet. Lastly, it has an incredible battery life! I’ve moved over from a Fitbit that needed charging every few days, but the Lily 2 Active lasted almost two weeks before needing its first recharge. It completely outperforms my old tracker. If you want a smartwatch that actually looks like a beautiful watch and lasts forever, this is it!

Great for fashion and running
I got this to replace my Apple Watch. I wanted something with a longer battery life. So far, this has been it! It is also more fashionable. I am training for a marathon (running it in 3 days), and I have enjoyed using this watch for trainging.
