I tried dying my hair twice with this product and the results are only in the front. I followed the directions to a T both times and I’ve dyed my hair many times in the past. This is I think the worst it’s ever come out. I have dark hair, but the lighter pieces in my hair didn’t change in the slightest. They’re still light brown. I was really looking forward to having metallic blue hair.

I've decided to change my hair color, ans as a pink lover I would like something pink(but not too pink) and I've got the Dark Ruby... it's perfect. I've just follow the intructions, and it works perfectly. I had to use 2 bottles of tint because I have long hair. I just would recommend to use some face cream in the areas around the hair to avoid the pigments on your skin. But yes, I loved it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Silver is always a hard color. It looks good right away but then fades quickly. Having said that, I liked how this turned out. My hair was already bleached so I didn’t use that component of what they sent me.

I just bought this color and dyed my whole head of hair, it came out splotchy, with barely any actual blue in my hair. I have long brown hair, not very dark, and it barely even looks tinted blue-ish grey. I am too embarrassed by the results to even leave my house for work! I will never be buying from this company again.

Do not waste your time and money buying this junk. It did not color my hair not one iota. My hair was the same color after as it was before. And I bought 2 bottles just to be on the safe side because my hair is thick. Did nothing! It’s as if I put nothing in my hair. I wish I could have returned, but I had already used both bottles. Wasted my money. Wish I could give it zero stars.

I love love love this color but after 3 shampoos, it’s all gone and my original color (blonde) is back. I tried it twice and both times it just washed out. The second time I made sure I didn’t shampoo my hair for three days after coloring thinking that might help but no it didn’t. The only thing I can think of is I’m not using shampoo for color treated hair so I am gonna try a third time after a couple of months because I don’t know what kind of damage this does to my hair.

I bought this product to compliment the gray in my hair absolute rip off it did not work. You have black models on the boxes and claim it's for all hair types but for blonde hair how is that fair for non blondes.

Decided to give this a try and I regret it. A couple of years ago, I decided to dye the top of my hair black and the bottom half dark blue with Loreal Feria's "Cosmic Azure" and it turned out beautiful. Fast forward and I wanted to do it again, but I couldn't find any stores that sold it anymore. That's where Got2b came in. I figured, "Eh, why not?" I stripped the color from the underside of my hair and applied the dye. I even kept it in for over the amount of processing time to ensure it stuck and coated it completely. Literally the only parts of my hair that are blue are my roots that have about 2cm of virgin growth. I'm extremely disappointed in the outcome. I'm gonna have to see if I can find the brand I used before online because this brand is by far the worst.

I bought cosmic teal because it looked more green than blue - it’s definitely blue. I have bleached hair (aside from my roots) and it’s blue. Just straight blue. 10/10 would NOT recommend. L’Oréal would never do this to me.

It covered ok. Some of the color is similar to the shade on the box (mermaid green), but the ends turned purple. I have naturally blonde hair and do bleach it occasionally, but haven’t done so in about 7 months.
