[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the icy hot patches on my neck and shoulder area and it helped ease the pain but luckily didn't burn. You could smell the menthol but it wasn't over powering.

The only downside is the scent. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely noticeable, and it lingers longer than I’d like. I wouldn’t use one right before going out or anything. Still, they do what they promise.
