Talc-free, fragrance-free and paraben-free, this hypoallergenic skin ointment contains zinc oxide to protect skin with a long-lasting barrier cream that seals out moisture between changes and promotes healing.   • A: Yes u can! I do after a dermatologist said that it’s the best way to treat a rash on the face or for a weakened skin barrier. Rub in well into the face before sleep. It’s a lil thick but it’s magic for my super sensitive skin.

    Amazing product

    This product truly works. My son had a terrible diaper rash and after several days of using desitin and seeing no improvement I went and bought triple paste. Within not even 24 hours we saw an improvement! Worth every penny!

    The BEST diaper cream!

With both of my boys having sensitive skin, I needed something I could rely on, and this was the one product I kept coming back to every time. What really stands out is the texture. It’s thick enough to create a protective barrier that actually stays in place, so you’re not constantly reapplying or worrying if it’s doing its job. I also love that a little goes a long way, which makes such a difference during those frequent newborn diaper changes!! It consistently gave my babies immediate soothing relief and helped stop diaper rash before it started, which made diaper changes so much less stressful for both of us. Knowing it’s pediatrician recommended and free from fragrance, parabens, dyes, and other unnecessary additives gave me a lot of peace of mind, especially in those early postpartum days when everything feels overwhelming.     Best Cream, Period!

    Purchased this multiple times and will continue to do so. Diaper cream is soft and velvety smooth. It works like a charm to clear up my son’s diaper rash. When he got a bad rash, we would slather this on and it would be gone within a couple of days. we put a small dab on now for maintenance. highly recommend and will tell all moms i know.

    Staple diaper cream

    Life saver!!!

    Our daughter has never had a diaper rash & I swear it is because once she started sleeping through the night at the last diaper change of the day / after her bath - we smother the cream anywhere the diaper touches.
