Recieved with flawed glass. Contacted manufacture who needed pictures. Not easy to get good pictures of glass and test use a bloated automation ticket system. No live people. I didn't feel safe using the product and ended up throwing it away after no response from the manufacture. The manufacture is not Pyrex anymore. No loving it!

Not What I Expected
I have another of this same Pyrex set from a few years ago, and I love it. So I recently ordered an additional one. Unfortunately, the quality changed dramatically. Plastic lid is flimsy. But most importantly, a portion of the interior glass on mine is defective: raised, jagged, and crumbly. There is the risk of slicing your skin when handling or even possibly eating tiny bits of flaked-off glass. Disappointing.

Glass pan exploded in my oven
If I could rate this zero I would. The large pan exploded in my oven after just 3-4 months of occasional use. The pan contained pork chops, oven was set at just 350 degrees & the glass was room temp to start. After that I took the smaller square pan out to determine what I should do with that one since it was a set. I noticed the whole glass handle was chipped & likely arrived that way. This product is defective and dangerous. Do not buy it. I wish I would have thought to take photos

This product sets you up for tragedy. Glass shattered in our oven within an hour of purchase at Target. What would have been our dinner, including squash we harvested, is now full of glass shards. Partially cooked food oozed all over the oven and filled the kitchen with smoke. Trying to figure out what else to eat.

Item is fine, driving an hour in road construction each way was not
The item was easy to order and pickup. The hour-long drive each way to and from Melrose Park was uncalled for. Target--you have delivery trucks that could bring these items closer to the customer's "home" store. I ordered it Monday, needed it for Friday. Surely, you could handle transporting it with other deliveries to the Lombard store. Or have more in stock to begin with.
