A: Thank you for reaching out to us. Spots and film form in the dishwasher's rinse cycle, when detergents are already down the drain. Rinse Agents works in the rinse cycle, lowering the surface tension of water and causing it to sheet. Better rinsing results in less spots and film. Without rinse aid dishes and dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture. The heat dry option will not perform as well without rinse aid. I use all the Lysol in every room of my house. I spray it on my bedding and pillows I also spray it on all my surfaces from door handles to light switches to keep them germ-free. The toilet gel keeps my toilet, very clean in between cleanings and my weekly cleanings. in between my finished products, kept my dishes, clean and free from spots and residue, and it definitely enhance the shine and dryness. The dishwasher cleaner is very easy to use and it helped maintain my dishwasher. All of these products simplify my daily routine and make my house feel more fresh and clean I would definitely recommend Lysol and finish products to my family or friends that are really looking for a clean solution.
